Pinky’s Restaurant: Lisa Vanderpump RHOBH, Pump Rules Spinoff? EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – “Pinky’s” could the latest RHOBH and Vanderpump Rules BravoTV spinoff project coming to BravoTV, LALATE can exclusively report. Pinky’s Restaurant is the secret Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd West Hollywood restaurant and bar project that is currently in development. Vanderpump this season tells RHOBH fans that she has no time to pull strings among her cast. But is Lisa pulling strings for another tv show?

While LALATE has been hearing chatter of a Pump Rules spinoff with James and LaLa Kent that could focus more on Pump Lounge, it now appears that the more likely spinoff heading to BravoTV could be “Pinkys” or “Pinky’s and Pump”. LALATE’s details come, ironically, as David Cooley (owner of the Abbey and now the Here Lounge) tells news that he too is filming a reality show about the Abbey and has been consulting with Ken and Lisa about the same.

What is Pinky’s Restaurant West Hollywood, where is it located, and who will run it? LALATE can report that on Tuesday night this week Max, Ken and Lisa’s son, was overseeing closing operations for patrons at Sur Lounge. In a recent RHOBH episode, Ken Todd tells Lisa that he has taken over a retail space (8932 Santa Monica Blvd.) and wants to turn it into a restaurant that Max could run.

LALATE has obtained a copy of the project’s details. The listed owner is “Miliana General Partnership” (no relation to any Giudice) and the applicant is “Pinky BH LLC”. The project started in April 2015 and is still pending before City officials. The restaurant calls for “Converting retail space into restaurant with outdoor dining patios and full alcohol service (Pinky’s Restaurant). The building also include a 683 of front and rear outdoor patio.” The space is near the slated 10,000 square foot Cooley’s project (8936 Santa Monica) that was slated to open in 2014 after combining spaces for Raffi Jewelry, Balliamos dance studio spaces and Unicorn Alley .

Elsewhere, false chatter had claimed that Vanderpump was also eyeing purchase of Cooley’s project. For now, Cooley’s is set to open in May 2016, while Cooley is converting Here into a new space called The Chapel at The Abbey. Cooley is doing one big TV show based upon both Abbey locations. Cooley has admitted to news that he has been taking advice tips from Vanderpump about his TV project. The good news is that, if anyone gets fired from Sur next season, there are more than enough other shows filming within blocks.
