Anna Burns, Miss 2005 Hooters International, Engaged to Wes Welker
LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Anna Burns (photos below), Miss 2005 Hooters International, is engaged to Wes Welker. Anna Burns pictures have made news for year, dominating the Hooters Calendar and the Hooters Hall of Fame. But recently Welker tweeted pics of her girlfriend. Now local news is reporting that Welker, the Patriots wide receiver, is engaged to Anna Burns.
Anna Burns has picked up multiple honors this decade for modeling. Hooters tells news this week that “this southern belle won the 2005 Hooters International Pageant”. She previously made news as Miss December in the 2005 Hooters Calendar. Today, Anna dominates the pages of the Hooters Hall of Fame.
A year after her page-turning calendar, Anna was chosen as the Cover Girl for the 2006 Calendar. She followed that up with appearances in the franchise’s Magazine. Hooters tells news that “She also appeared in countless national TV commercials and in 2007 she was voted the Hooters Best D–n Dream Girl.”

That dream is now over for Hooters male patrons, everywhere. Boston news is reporting the Wes Welker has proposed to his girlfriend of two years. News reports claim that, over the holders, Burns asked for Cartier love bracelet for Christmas. Instead, Welker surprised her with an engagement ring.

The two were close after he suffered left knee injury in 2009. They reportedly moved in together when his knee surgery for a torn MCL and ACL in February 2010.
The Boston Herald reports news today that “Details are sketchy, but we can tell you the couple has recently moved from Boston down to the burbs by Foxboro”. The paper adds that the couple will eventually “settle down” in Foxboro.

For now, it remains unclear what Welker is consuming in preparation for Super Bowl Sunday. But it might involved eggplant. The Herald adds “Although the couple is pretty low-key, they have been spotted at the Miss Hooters International pageant down in Florida and at the local Whole Foods buying ingredients for eggplant parm.”

And when asked about his mustache, Welker tells news that Anna doesn’t like it, but supports anything that helps the “cause”. Anna and Wes have yet confirm the engagement to news. No wedding date has been released as of today.
