Sarah Palin has been found by Troopergate to have unlawfully fired Walter Monegan to get her former brother in law fired as a trooper in the Alaska state police force.

The report is 263 pages.

It took a 6 hour session with Steve Branchflower said Palin violated state ethics rules regarding public officials.

The report reads:

“The evidence supports the conclusion that governor Palin, at the least, engaged in ‘official action’ by her inaction, if not her active participation or assistance to her husband, to get trooper Wooten fired”.

“Governor Palin knowingly permitted a situation to continue where impermissible pressure was placed on several subordinates in order to advance a personal agenda, to wit: to get trooper Michael Wooten fired.”

“She had the authority and power to require Mr Palin to cease contacting subordinates, but she failed to act.”

The report found that Monegan wasn’t fired just because of his refusal to fire trooper Wooten, but that it was one factor.

In it, the Palin report finds that Palin unlawfully abused her authority in firing the state’s public safety commissioner Walter Walt Monegan.

The Palin Report reportedly found that a Palin family disagreement wasn’t the only reason for Monegan being fired by Palin as her Public Safety Commissioner but found it a contributing factor.

Sarah Palin probably won’t speak to investigator Steve Branchflower about Walter Monegan, says McCain’s camp today. Sarah Palin won’t answer Walt Monegan (Troopergate) firing questions probably, confirmed John McCain’s spokesperson.

The reason? McCain’s says Palin won’t answer Monegan questions by Branchflower “as long as it [the investigation] remains tainted.”

Palin’s husband, Todd Palin, has reportedly accepted service of process to be questioned himself.

McCain Palin have maintained that Public Safety Commissioner Walt (Walter) Monegan was fired due to insubordination on budget issues, and that his firing had nothing to do with Monegan’s refusal to fire a state trooper who went through a divorce with Sarah Palin’s sister.
