$14 million was paid for the Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt baby pictures, says a source moments ago. Photos of twin babies Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon Jolie Pitt fetched $14 million for their sale says a source close the baby pictures’ sale negotiation.

LALATE had for month predicted the price between $12 and $15 million. Baby photos of Mark Anthony and Jennifer Lopez had nabbed $6 million from People earlier this year.

But LALATE doubted that one publication could carry the tab of $15 million.

Now moments ago AP is reporting (a) the price was $14 million and (b) it was split between purchasers HELLO! and PEOPLE Magazine.

Earlier today, Reuters broke the split deal between People and Hello. Reuters also revealed that People’s pictures will drop Monday, and Hello thereafter, claiming People has North American rights and Hello elsewhere.

Pictures of Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon Jolie Pitt will appear in PEOPLE Magazine, confirms reps for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt today. People will carry the twin baby photos of the Jolie Pitt babies on Monday.

Initial reports of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie Pitt, fraternal twin babies, being born was broken by a Nice, France paper. The next report was an Australian paper. Then, here in the U.S., LALATE was the first to break the details of the birth, a story that hit as most Americans were sleeping.

Now slightly past midnight in the U.S., LALATE can report widespread confirmation is filtering in  across various international news agencies.

When a Nice-Matin newspaper first broke details of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline Jolie Pitt, it was a surprise to everyone, because the names were different than expected, and the gender too, with everyone expecting twin girls, not fraternal twins.

Jolie is reported to be resting tonight in the Maternity section of Lenival Hospital in Nice, France. Once finished, Jolie will return to Chateau Miraval, first profiled on LALATE.

Chateau Miraval is a highly guarded, expansive estate in the south of France. The Jolie Pitts are reported to travel mainly by helicopter out of the Chateau because of the constant presence of photographers outside the reported single gated entrance to the enormous compound.

Earlier this summer, LALATE broke details of French rules, some experts calling out dated, that gives celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arguably the strongest protection against unauthorized photography of celebrities in the world. Tonight, Lenval Hospital’s Michel Sussman is the most famous doctor in the world. The French obstetrician was the principal doctor who delivered Angelina Jolie’s twin babies tonight. Michel Sussman and that birth tonight are the center of the world’s attention.

Sussman clearly must have known a fraternity twin birth of Knox and Vivienne, not a twin girl birth, was to happen earlier this week. Sussman said on Wednesday at Lenval Hospital in Nice, “Everything is normal. It really isn’t an emergency. She was booked well in advance.” However, press was expecting two girls, not a girl and a boy.
