Yesterday, you read here reports that the tape was been distributed online, even though the website was down. Now it’s up, loading slowly, but reportedly functional using imagery never before seen from the tape on its home page. The site uses references to Verne Troyer’s appearance in Austin Powers both in 1960s branding on the site and text.

As broke yesterday, JBG, Ltd. of GuangDong, China is the reported website owner. The website was created on August 21, 2008. It’s location: Kuala Lumpur.

The Mini Me tape was attempted to be released overseas, or was it? Reports of the Mini Me Ranae Shrider Verne Troyer allegedly being sold online broke this morning by news site AVN. The news site claims the overseas domain was allegedly attempting to sell what it purported to be the tape for a mere $10 but at time of press the website was down. At time of this article, the site is also down.

Who was behind the site?

Reportedly, JBG, Ltd. of GuangDong, China was the owner. The website was created on August 21, 2008. It’s location: Kuala Lumpur.

“LASTING GIFTS”? Verne Troyer’s ex girlfriend and sex tape co-star Ranae Shrider today claims Verne Toyer Mini Me “imparted” her with “lasting gifts”.

Ranae Shrider’s rep tells TMZ, that first broke the Mimi Me Ranae Shrider Verne Troyer sex tape, that Mimi Me “imparted” her with something.

Shrider’s rep says Troyer can’t pay his taxes “because he is paying his lawyer hundreds of thousands of dollars to file ridiculous lawsuits”, calling Verne “a small-minded, vindictive, heartbroken, desperate and trivial celebrity”.

Yeah whatever. The quote goes on and on…. Get to the good stuff!

And then, finally, Shrider’s rep throws in this: “Ms. Shrider would still like to thank Mr. Troyer for the ‘lasting’ gifts he has imparted her with.”

And by lasting gifts, Shrider’s rep means _________ ?

Ranae Shrider is responding to Verne Troyer’s $20 million lawsuit. Troyer is seeking from Ranae Shrider $20 million reportedly claiming in his lawsuit that Ranae Shrider allegedly caused him emotional distress and battery.“When you pick up a two-foot eight-inch human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts,” Verne’s lawyer, Ed McPherson, says of the abuse.

(And if you are wondering, yes, Ranae and Paris are just about the same height.)

The person who was allegedly trying to sell Ranae’s tape with Verne previously brokered the deal with Paris’ tape. However, he and TMZ were reportedly slapped with an overnight lawsuit by Troyer late tonight. Chatter says Ranae is possibly 22 years old, from Kentucky, an up and coming model, previously involved in relationship with Verne.

TROYER SUES TMZ: Actor Verne Troyer has filed a tall lawsuit against TMZ over a tape that TMZ aired of him last night on its website and on TMZ television. But the lawsuit of Troyer has possibly a lot of shortcomings.

First, how was Troyer able to file a lawsuit less than 20 hours after the tape appeared, for $20 million in damages. That’s more money per hour than “Love Guru” will probably make this entire year.

Second, Troyer is seeking $20 million “claiming TMZ violated his rights by publishing and airing portions of his sex tape”, reports, TMZ. But TMZ is reporting that story tonight as “breaking”. What? TMZ didn’t even get the exclusive to its own lawsuit? Oh the irony.
