LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have broke up again. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s split is one month after false reports that the former couple were to marry. In October 2010, a report then claimed the couple were set to exchange wedding vows. “What’s more the 17-year-old Miley’s proud papa Billy Ray Cyrus is thrilled.” “Billy Ray wanted Liam to get back with his daughter almost as much as she did” claimed the report.

Team Cyrus quickly denounced the claim as false.

But now, as Cyrus is set turn 18 on November 23, she and Hemsworth, 20, have split, again. The couple met on the 2009 film Last Song. They split in August 2010 and then got back together thirty days later.

Cyrus will appear at the MTV European Music Awards Sunday. Just days ago, Cyrus’ parents filed for divorce after 17 years of marriage. A report that Cyrus’ mother, Tish, had an alleged affair with Bret Michaels was denounced as false by Tish Cyrus and the rocker last week.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Tish Cyrus denies affair reports today. Tish Cyrus’ headlines affair cheating claims, allegations that Bret Michaels and Miley Cyrus’ mom both deny. The allegations hit less than 24 hours after Billy Ray Cyrus sung the national anthem last night.

Last week, Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce to end his second marriage to Tish Cyrus after 17 years. Neither he, Tish, nor daughter Miley have spoken in detail about the divorce, issuing a mere single statement about the divorce case from the family. Less than one week later, for Monday Night Football last night, Billy Ray Cyrus took to the field to sing the national anthem.

Today, US Magazine is claiming that Bret Michaels and Tish Cyrus had an affair, and that the alleged affair triggered Billy Ray Cyrus to end the couple’s marriage. Both Tish Cyrus and Bret Michaels deny any affair. In fact, an E! report last week say the marriage between Tish and Billy Ray had been long over months ago.

INDIANAPOLIS (LALATE) – Billy Ray Cyrus sung the National Anthem (photo above) for NFL’s Monday Night Football this evening, less than one week after his divorce from wife Leticia Finley (Tish) Cyrus. Billy Ray Cyrus and daughter Miley, with the exception of one brief news statement, have yet to comment about the divorce. But tonight, that didn’t stop Bill Ray Cyrus heading to Indianapolis to headline tonight’s Texans vs Colts game. Reaction on Twitter was mixed, one fan writing “Billy Ray Cyrus singing the National Anthem…does that mean “Acky Breaky Heart” at halftime?”

Cyrus is divorcing Tish, his second wife, after 17 years. The couple confirmed their divorce last week having married less roughly 1 year after Cyrus’ first divorce to Cindy Smith. And while the divorce news was confirmed last week, the couple’s split “was a long time coming” claimed E! News at the time.

Just in September, Tish Cyrus made news for seeking to change her name just like Miley did earlier. The pop singer had changed to Miley Cyrus from Destiny Hope Cyrus; Miley’s mom told news at the time she wanted to change her name from Leticia Finley Cyrus to Tish Cyrus.

And while Billy Ray took to the field tonight, his divorce case will be played out in Tennessee. His daughter Cyrus turns 18 on November 23. Miley along with Braison, 16, and Noah, 10, are currently of minor age are hence subject, at least currently, of custody claims in the divorce.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Miley’s parents are seeking a divorce. Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus (Leticia Finley) are getting divorced after 17 years. This is Billy Ray’s second divorce; his previous marriage to Cindy Smith ended in 1991 one year before he married Tish.

Besides Miley, Billy Ray and Tish have two other minor children: Braison, 16, Noah, 10. Trace and Brandi, Tish’s  kids from a previous marriage, were adopted by Billy Ray when they were infants; both are of legal age now. Trace and Billy Ray are teamed up for the SyFy reality show called “UFO: Unbelievably Freakin’ Obvious.”

The divorce was filed in Tennessee. While court documents cite irreconcilable differences, a source tells E! News that the split “was a long time coming”. Earlier this summer, Miley’s mom told news she intended to change her name Leticia Finley Cyrus to simply Tish Cyrus.

In recent days, Miley has fought back reports that she and Liam Hemsworth are married. Cyrus turns 18 on November 23. Miley and her siblings gave no news statement with today’s divorce revelation.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Trace Cyrus is going from Metro Station to UFO landing docks. Trace Cyrus was reported sued by Metro Station bandmates in July after he declared the group’s split without their permission. Cyrus had taken to Twitter to call his own group’s music “weak”. The result was the band members reportedly voting him out as president of Metrostation Inc and then taking it to court.

Now, Trace Cyrus is set to take on something not so weak, tracing the path of UFOs.  He will team up with father Billy Ray who calls the project a “dream come true”. SyFy instead thinks the show is a bit obvious, calling it “UFO: Unbelievably Freakin’ Obvious.”

In other Cyrus news, Miley’s mother is going to change her name, just like Miley did in 2008. The pop singer made the change to Miley Cyrus from Destiny Hope Cyrus in 2009. Now her mother will do the switch from to Tish Cyrus from Leticia Finley Cyrus.
