LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – New video footage shows Tila Tequila attacked at Gathering of the Juggalos. Tequila was attacked at the Insane Clown Posse festival called Gathering of the Juggalos, a music event over the weekend in Hardin County, Illinois.

The event resulted in Tila granting an interview to an online celebrity news and then to CNN within hours after her attack, posting images of her bleeding, and already stating she will “bankrupt” the organizer. Tequila (“Shot at Love”) claims huge stone rocks and beer bottles were thrown at her face. She said her hair almost caught fire because firecrackers were thrown at her.

Tila Tequila reportedly had to flee the stage with her security personnel. Once insider her trailer, Tila claims Juggalos then smashed her trailer windows. Quickly her security had to allegedly put tables against smashed windows to prevent a rioting Juggalos from entering.

Yet, in the video footage posted online entitled “Tila Tequila Attacked”, Tequila isn’t attacked. Rather objects are thrown at her on stage. Tequila is surrounded on stage by no less than four males standing roughly 6 feet in height, some positioned in front of her from the audience. Later two more males of similar height surround her on stage. One male on stage is shown shaking his hands up and down encouraging the audience to enjoy the performance.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Tila Tequila was attacked at Insane Clown Posse festival Gathering of the Juggalos. Now Tila Tequila says she will sue the Juggalos organizers. Gathering of the Juggalos is a concert in Hardin County, Illinois organized for fans of Insane Clown Posse, a hip-hop group.

Tila took to Twitter post her legal preparations this Sunday. “Pretty soon, the owners who run the Juggalos will be bankrupt …I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, dudes were throwing huge stone rocks in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair … cuz they threw firecrackers on stage.”

The 28 year old reality tv star was billed in the promotional materials for the event. After the attack, Tequila had to reportedly had to flee the stage for her trailer with her security operation. Once inside, Tequila claims fans chased her down and broke her trailer’s windows with a hope to get inside. She said her security guards had to put up furniture against the smashed windows to keep fans out.

Reports claim that there were a series of Twitter posts prior to Tequila taking stage about concert goers planning their attack. The organizers have yet to release a statement and refused to comment on a CNN story. Since the Saturday attack, Tequila has released pictures of her attack to celebrity news sites and granted a CNN interview.

Following the Casey Johnson death in 2009, Tequila was often depicted in a negative press light. At the time, Tequila said “I don’t want to talk about the funeral. I wasn’t allowed to go, and I am so upset. I can’t sleep, and I am on suicide watch.” On US Magazine, one reader’s reaction to the comment was ” “I am on suicide watch??” Who says that?!!” Another wrote “Most people who are on suicide watch are at a hospital or facility where they are monitored, not out talking to the media or twittering … on the web.”

Tila was the subject of a January 2008 article in the New York Post covered on LALATE in which the Post  claimed Shot at Love was not about finding true love for its star but finding fame. The magazine made the same allegation about the then hit Flavor of Love.

By March, LALATE had the first exclusive pics of her Shot at Love Season 2 premiere party. In May that year, Kristy Morgan was named the winner. But that win was quickly slammed on myspace by previous Shot star Bobby Banhart.

By August 2008, Tila Tequila and Courtenay Semel were heating up the red carpet from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. This came as news that Tila would not return for a season 3 of the MTV reality show. As reported in 2008 on LALATE, Shot at Love was one of the highest rated MTV shows of its time, a ratings blockbuster for basic cable standards.

In September 2009, Tila was back in the news following her alleged events in Mission Valley with Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman. By November, Tila bared it all on UStream during a late night rant about Merriman.

By December she claimed to be engaged to Casey Johnson, and by January Johnson was dead. Tila would later say of herself “I’m on suicide watch”“I don’t want to talk about the funeral. I wasn’t allowed to go.”

Funeral arrangements are set for Casey Johnson. Casey Johnson’s funeral arrangements will be on the east coast, and private.

A Johnson family spokesperson issued the following statement about Casey’s funeral less then 24 hours after discovery of her body Monday:

“The Johnson family wishes to thank everyone who has expressed condolences and support during this trying time. Your thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated.

“[Casey's body will be] flown back east to her final resting place. The family asks for a measure of privacy over the next several days as they mourn their loss.”

“Casey struggled throughout her life fighting this disease, and she would want to see all of us continue that fight on her behalf”. The family asks that instead of flowers to make a donation at the Casey Johnson Memorial at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Johnson may have been dead since before New Years when her body was found Monday morning in Los Angeles. In fact, the last twitter post by Johnson was December 29. It remains unknown Tuesday morning if decay could be a factor in the L.A. Coroner’s investigation.

Monday evening included a swirling of strange reports that Johnson wasn’t dead but on life support, so much so that LAPD had to issue a statement to end the incorrect gossip spreading. LAPD Sgt. Charles Halliburton issued the following statement:

“I can confirm there’s been a death and the body has been identified as Casey Johnson.”

Casey Johnson is the great-great-granddaughter of Robert Wood Johnson, who founded Johnson and Johnson.
