Last year, LALATE exclusively reported that former RHOC cast member Lauri Peterson would be returning to the show this season. And next Monday Lauri returns to RHOC with a stunning allegation. Or is the allegation much already believed by longtime viewers?

Lauri Peterson tells Tamra Barney that she believes Vicki Gunvalson caused Tamra and Simon’s divorce. The preview for next week’s episode shows Tamra rolling her eyes when she hears the remark.

As longtime viewers of the show recall, tensions were existing between Vicki and Simon during his final season and year of marriage to Tamra. At the time, Vicki was having problems with her own marriage off and on with Donn.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Wines by Wives by Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson took a new turn on RHOC this week when Tamra brought up Vicki’s Vodka. But can you buy Vicki’s Vodka in Las Vegas, and is Wines by Wives a retail competitor to Vicki’s business? After Monday’s episode aired, the two women took to BravoTv.com to confront the business disagreement.

Vicki tells news that the two businesses are not the same. “When Tamra referenced the difference between Vicki’s Vodka (that we will be launching soon) and Wines by Wives and how I was more involved in my vodka –- that was just ridiculous. Tamra knows very well that I am involved in WBW as much as she is.”

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Gretchen Rossi and Tamra Barney teamed up for Mother’s Day in their latest business offering. Rossi’s Gretchen Christine Beauty and Tamra’s Wines by Wives launched a co-branded offering this Sunday. And while fans have been asking if Tamra and Gretchen are still friends, Rossi reveals the two are still close, both in their personal and professional lives.

In her latest statement to news on her BravoTv.com blog, Rossi detailed her offering from yesterday. “Check out on my site our great Gretchen Christine Beauty Baskets with Wines by Wives this week for Mother’s Day, it makes a great gift for the special someone in your life.”

Rossi noted “So for all the haters out there who are claiming that I am being selfish in this moment: first off what show are you watching and second you can s– it!” She also tell news “Partners are supposed to talk about everything, all emotions, all issues, all wants and desires, and, quite frankly, I think Slade and I do a d—n good job of communicating and really working through the stuff we have going on in our lives. And I am very proud of that!”

ORANGE COUNTY (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Is Alexis Bellino suing Tamra Barney, RHOC viewers will ask tonight. An Alexis Bellino, Tamra Barney lawsuit threat heats up RHOC Monday. Alexis Bellino and Jim Bellino eventually do not sue Tamra Barney. But as LALATE can exclusively report, there might have been a Bravo contractual provision that prevented any such lawsuit from ever going forward.

Alexis Bellino and Jim Bellino told news previously that they considered suing Tamra Barney for RHOC conduct. In part, the couples said in an earlier news statement “We recognize that the personalities, drama and conflict of the show attract fans to the popular Bravo reality series… Unfortunately, some cast members use the show as a platform for personal attacks and character assassination, perhaps out of personal insecurity or simply to inflict pain.” They added “we are prepared to defend ourselves .. to the fullest extent of the law.”

ORANGE COUNTY (LALATE) – Is CUT Fitness open yet, and where is Tamra Barney’s CUT Fitness OC located? Tonight on RHOC, CUT Fitness OC has yet to open, but it is already cutting out one of its first visitors: Alexis Bellino. The CUT Fitness OC house warming party turns into a heated battle.

Alexis Bellino, with a new haircut by the same fake engagement ring, visits Tamra Barney’s CUT Fitness OC tonight. But why is Alexis there? At the time of filming, many of her costars were surprised that she returned to RHOC, let alone that she was invited back on the show by producers. Soon, Gretchen Rossi, Heather Dubrow and Tamra Barney are telling Alexis to “get out”. Of course, Alexis is ready with her RHOC catch phrase of 2013: “bullying”. If you tell Bellino that you don’t like her, get ready to be called a “bully”, claims Heather Dubrow.

“Stop with the bullying”, Alexis fumes. “Here it goes again.” Alexis Bellino doesn’t want confrontation inside an empty CUT Fitness warehouse. Rather, she wants it to happen inside a restaurant around dozens of people. “Lets not do this do here. … we don’t need to do this and ruining your party.” When Gretchen Rossi asks Alexis why she is even there, Alexis replies “this doesn’t involve you Gretchen. I am not going to do this here. I am not going to sit up and get ganged up with you.”

Before going to CUT Fitness, Alexis said “I don’t know where I stand with these women. I don’t  know if a friendship is something or anything that I want. If Vicki wants me to go, and Tamra is saying to go and leave the drama at home, maybe there is a chance.”
