The result - the initials of Cyrus’ fictional Disney character are now on the shoulder of Stephen Baldwin.

Let’s back this up for a second. TMZ reports that Miley recently met Baldwin, dared him to get the tattoo, and if he got the ink Cyrus would allow Baldiwn to appear on the Disney cable show for which Baldwin’s kids are a fan.

He did, and this week Cyrus caught her first glance of the tat.
