But will the tape get distributed?

Just last night, Leave it to Lamas, the new Lamas family reality show premiered featuring AJ, Dakota, Lorenzo, and Shayne Lamas…. and yes Shauna Sand. The online reaction to the family reality show led by Lorenzp Lamas was overwhelming.

But today, Shauna Sand (credited on the tape as Shauna Sand Lamas) confirms one tape is at dispute in a legal fight with its distributor. But from footage released Monday, the question is whether that content is really shot over many different recordings or just one as Sand claims.

Sand says she intends to fight the tape’s release. The tape’s distributor says to press that it is “comfortable” with its legal right to release the tape. “We were approached by a third party who brought us footage of Shauna .. and we were immediately interested in acquiring it. We’re comfortable with our legal position in releasing the footage” says Hirsch to TMZ.

Also appearaing in Leave it to Lamas is Shayne  Lamas who won the 2008 version of The Bachelor with Matt Grant.

A Shauna Sand tape is set to be released October 19. Shauna Sand confirms she is on the home video tape with her Miami boyfriend but says the Vivid release is without her authorization.
