Pacquiao vs. Mosley Results Will Depend on Speed, Strength

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Tonight’s Pacquiao vs. Mosley fight results will depend on Shane Mosley’s speed and Manny Pacquiao’s strength, claim their camps to news. The Pacquiao vs. Mosley fight is the matching of a thirty-nine year old boxer who boasts the speed of a thirty year old, and the best pound-for-pound boxer alive who is on an amazing winning streak.
Coming into tonight’s Pacquiao vs. Mosley fight, Shane Mosley knows he has only won twice in his last five fights. Pacquiao, however, has won his last thirteen fights, in eight different weight divisions. So when Pacquiao told news this week that Mosley is a dangerous opponent in the right, was Pacquaio hyping up his competitor for publicity or being honest that Mosley is still in his prime?
“Shane Mosley is still very strong and he moves more like he’s 30 years old,” Pacquiao told news this week. “He’s the kind of fighter who is bigger than me. Pound-for-pound he’s still good.”
Mosley told news that a win tonight will prove he is “not washed up”, that he still has his power and “I haven’t lost my speed either”. However, a loss tonight could prove that Mosley’s career is over. With a 46-1 record, thirty-nine wins by way of KOs, Mosley has still faded in recent fights.
But Manny’s trainer, Freddie Roach, told news that Pacquaio knows this will not be an easy fight. “From day one, he told me this is not an easy fight” said Roach. “He [Pacquiao] wants to work, work, work. We know we are in a tough fight. We respect Shane and his camp. We’re 100 percent ready for this fight.”
