The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Sean Picks Catherine Giudici as Winner

Posted: March 11th, 2013 in Catherine Giudici, Sean Lowe, Spoilers, The Bachelor by LALATE

The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers who wins the bachelor 2013 Catherine Giudici

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The mystery over who wins The Bachelor 2013, and who does Sean Lowe pick, was answered last November. Tonight, The Bachelor 2013 spoilers will be put to the test. Since November 2012, those Bachelor spoilers from RealitySteve.com have claimed that Catherine Giudici wins The Bachelor 2013, and that she accepts Sean’s proposal.

Moreover, fans need not ask if Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are still together and still engaged. Steve’s spoilers that same month claimed that Sean and Catherine get engaged in tonight’s finale, remain together, and are still very much engaged. But is he right?

If Steve is correct, it will be yet another season of the franchise in which his The Bachelor spoilers are correct, episode by episode, months in advance. And while fans and producers have sat back and watched Steve get his spoilers right season to season, the mystery of he does it remains unanswered.

While tonight may reveal who wins The Bachelor 2013 and if Steve was correct, it will not resolve a dispute between Steve and the producers. Months ago, the producers first sued Steve. Then the two parties settled. He agreed not to contact Bachelor staffers going forward.

Then weeks after Steve’s spoilers surfaced online, producers sued him again. He then moved to dismiss the action. He asserts that he should win an Anti-SLAPP motion, claiming that lawsuit against him has no basis. Producers then made a motion for an expedited discover to be taken upon Steve. At issue, they want to know from where exactly Steve is getting his Bachelor spoiler details.

As reported on LALATE previously, Steve lost that motion. Producers may now take discovery asking for correspondences, communications and more that Steve allegedly had in the weeks preceding his spoilers publication. Steve claims the lawsuit is without merit. And he claims that he does not do what producers are alleging. But Steve doesn’t give any hint of the source of his spoilers.

Producers assert that Steve allegedly “utilized … unlawfully obtained confidential information”. But where do producers claim the Bachelor 2013 spoilers came from? They assert that Steve “obtained at least some of the confidential information from The Bachelor’s upcoming seventeenth season, by contacting and soliciting information from participants, cast, crew and/or other employees of The Bachelor Series and by knowingly inducing them to breach their confidentiality obligations to Plaintiffs.” Steve claims that is not true.

They further claim that Steve was “fully aware of the confidentially obligations binding the participants, cast, and crew members of The Bachelor Series when they sought to induce them to divulge non-public information about the show in breach of their contracts.” Producers assert moreover that “Upon information and belief, as a proximate result of Defendants’ conduct, various participant, cast, crew members and/or other employees have breached their confidentiality obligations to Plaintiffs by providing Defendants with confidential, non-public information regarding The Bachelor Series episodes.”

Steve claims that Catherine Giudici wins tonight, gets engaged, and is still together with Sean Lowe. So while viewers tonight may find out who wins the Bachelor 2013, and if The Bachelor 2013 spoilers were correct, they won’t find out the source of such spoilers.

But as a Court recently ruled, producers may soon have those details. “Having considered the Parties’ papers, we hereby grant Plaintiffs’ Application for leave to conduct limited discovery [on RealitySteve] for the purposes of opposing Defendants’ Motion to Strike.” The motion to dismiss , originally set for determination this month, has been moved to May instead.

Sean Lowe Letter at Final Rose Prompts Author’s Visit?

Sean Lowe Letter at Final Rose Prompts Author’s Visit

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Sean Lowe letter will prompt its author to visit the Final Rose tonight on the season finale of The Bachelor. For weeks, fans have wondered who wrote the Sean Lowe letter, what does the Sean Lowe letter say, and does it impact who Sean Lowe picks. Producers have been teasing details about the dubbed Sean Lowe “mystery letter” for weeks. But tonight its author visits the final rose. And her name is reportedly Catherine Giudici.

RealitySteve has told news for weeks that the Sean Lowe letter will have no impact on results in tonight’s season finale. Steve found himself defending his spoilers after no details about a Sean Lowe letter came out last year. Steve in November revealed his episode by episode details for the season. But nowhere in there was any mention of a Sean Lowe letter.

Suddenly the twist dominated teases by producers. Steve immediately told fans “If I knew who wrote Sean the letter at the final rose ceremony, I would’ve told you already. I don’t know who wrote it or what it said.”

The letter first appeared from segments with Chris Harrison in the finale rose ceremony. In February, Steve told news about the confusion erupting. “[T]he end of last night’s episode [had a ...] promo showing Sean being given a letter by Chris Harrison at the final rose ceremony”. Steve added “obviously a lot of you want to know what that was about.”

Steve assured news three items. First he said that he didn’t know who wrote Sean Lower letter. Second he said he didn’t know what the Sean Lowe letter said. And finally he said that letter was inconsequential.

First, Steve assured news that the author remained a mystery. Since then he has revealed other reports which claim it’s Catherine. “The person who wrote the letter Sean receives at the final rose ceremony is Catherine.” But Steve adds that he still doesn’t know who wrote it. “I haven’t been told who wrote the letter”.

Second, he is still unsure what the letter says. But he tells news that it makes sense Catherine would write it. “It certainly makes sense it would be her [Catherine].” He added “It was really only between Catherine and Lindsay, and Catherine seemed to make the most sense. I guess we’ll find out next Monday… I’d be shocked if it wasn’t Catherine’s letter.”

Finally, while he doesn’t know the contents of the letter, he claims the letter does not impact Sean’s decision. But is Steve right? “I can almost guarantee you that letter is not as big of deal as they’re making it out to be. If we already know the ending, and we know that Sean is still engaged, I can’t imagine that letter having any sort of major effect on any storyline in any way.” He even told fans “calm down a bit about it for now. It doesn’t change anything that happened on that final day.”

The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Catherine Giudici Wrote Sean Lowe Letter

who wins The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Catherine Giudici Wrote Sean Lowe Letter

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – The Bachelor 2013 spoilers have now revealed who wrote the Sean Lowe letter. Ironically, the person who wins the Bachelor 2013 is the same person who wrote the Sean Lowe letter: Catherine Giudici.

For weeks, The Bachelor spoilers 2013 from RealitySteve have asserted that “the Sean Lowe letter” is simply a red herring. Steve tells news that he is consistently asked by fans who wrote the Sean Lowe letter. And while Steve reassures fans that he doesn’t know the identify of the author, he does know that the letter has no impact on Sean Lowe’s final rose. He claims that Sean’s decision between Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter in the final rose telecast is not changed because of the letter. But is he right?

Who wins the Bachelor 2013 has not been a mystery since fall 2012. At the time, Steve told news that Catherine Giudici is the winner, that she gets engaged to Sean Lowe, and that Catherine and Sean Lowe are still together. So when news first broke about this mystery Sean Lowe letter, Steve jumped on it, calling it an inconsequential twist added to dispel spoilers. Steve assures news that the letter has no impact on Sean’s decision.

This week, Steve tells news that other reports claim “that the person who wrote the letter Sean receives at the final rose ceremony is Catherine. ” He says he can’t confirm the same. “I haven’t been told who wrote the letter”.

Yet he assures news that the identification makes sense. He says “it certainly makes sense it would be her [Catherine]. I never thought it was the mother, nor did I think it was AshLee since she doesn’t make an appearance in the finale, and a letter just wouldn’t make sense for her. It was really only between Catherine and Lindsay, and Catherine seemed to make the most sense. I guess we’ll find out next Monday… I’d be shocked if it wasn’t Catherine’s letter.”

In fall of last year, Steve first revealed his episode by episode The Bachelor 2013 spoilers. Each week has been correct. Now for Monday, Steve is still standing by his spoilers that Sean picks Catherine, that they get engaged, and that they are still together. But is he right?

Since filming starting, producers of the Bachelor 2013 have sued Steve a second time. They claim that he alleged obtained his spoilers in violation of a previous settlement agreement between him and producers.

He asserts he does not. As previously reported on LALATE, Steve has brought a motion to dismiss the suit and Anti-SLAPP motion. But producers successful won a right to take expedited discovery upon Steve to learn about the source of his spoilers. That discovery is pursuant to producers’ attempts to dispute his motion to dismiss the case.

Catherine will be revealed as the winner next Monday. But Steve’s hearing on the motion to dismiss doesn’t come up until May. The question, however, remains, whether producers will be able to obtain details about the Steve’s sources.

Producers had asked the Court for the right to expedited discovery. “Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court grant its request for an order permitting Plaintiffs to conduct limited expedited discovery in order to oppose the Anti-SLAPP Motion, and for a continuance of the hearing on the Anti-SLAPP Motion and motion to dismiss to a date no later than May 6, 2013.” The Court agreed. The Court recently ruled “Having considered the Parties’ papers, we hereby GRANT Plaintiffs’ Application for leave to conduct limited discovery for the purposes of opposing Defendants’ Motion to Strike. “

So what evidence allegedly exists? Producers claims “Direct evidence of how that information was communicated to Defendants, however, is in Defendants’ and third parties’ custody, possession, or control, and can only be gathered in time to oppose the Anti-SLAPP Motion if this Application is granted.”

The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Catherine Giudici Still Engaged to Sean Lowe

who wins The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Catherine Giudici Still Engaged to Sean Lowe

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Bachelor 2013 spoilers claim that Catherine Giudici is still engaged to Sean Lowe. Who wins The Bachelor 2013 won’t be revealed tonight. The final episode in which Catherine Giudici wins The Bachelor 2013 will air next Monday March 11. Tonight, instead, will feature the Women Tell All episode. But one thing the women won’t be revealing is whether Catherine Giudici and Sean Lowe are still together.

RealitySteve.com’s Bachelor 2013 spoilers are expected to come true next Monday. In fall last year, Steve detailed episode by episode how all the women would be eliminated this season. So far he has been correct. He additionally hasn’t had to make any dramatic adjustment to his spoilers either. With Lindsay Yenter heading to the finals next Monday, Yenter will purportedly end her reign on ABC as well. Steve claims that Yenter was offered the Bachelorette role but doesn’t want it either.

RealitySteve’s accuracy has alleged displeased producers, he claims in recent court documents. Steve is being sued by producers, yet again, for the current The Bachelor 2013 spoilers. But Steve, in an Anti Slapp motion, alleges that he is being pursued because of his spoilers’ accuracy. “The Bachelor (hereinafter the Series), hate the fact that Defendants operate a website that publishes newsworthy updates and spoilers concerning several reality television shows, including the Series.” He also asserts “In a thinly-veiled effort to chill Defendants from posting spoilers, Plaintiffs filed a factually-devoid complaint against Defendant asserting two claims, each entirely conclusory and both wholly lacking merit.”

While producers put forward their allegations about how The Bachelor 2013 spoilers were obtained, Steve claims the assertions are false. He however doesn’t indicate to the court how he gets his details so correct, season to season.

He asserts “Plaintiffs filed the presentation alleging, without reference to anything other than pure speculation, that Defendants breached the Settlement Agreement in order to obtain spoilers information, and induced unspecified persons to breach their unspecified contracts with Plaintiffs. Because the complaint was filed to chill Defendants valid exercise of free speech, Defendants file this special motion to strike the complaint.”

Steve was previously sued by producers. That case resolved with the parties signing a settlement agreement. Producers claim that Steve has since breached that agreement with his current Bachelor 2013 spoilers. He disagrees. “The term Indirectly also was specially defined in the Settlement Agreement to mean to employ, offer financial inducement, or pay financial inducement to a third-party intermediary to solicit non-public information about the Bachelor Series from a Cast, Crew, or other Employee.”

The winner of the Bachelor 2013 season won’t be revealed until next Monday. Steve’s case, however, won’t come to a head until May. At that time, the court will decide whether to grant Steve’s motion to dismiss or whether the case will proceed.

Spoilers: Who Wins The Bachelor 2013 Avoids Sean Lowe Letter

Catherine Giudici the bachelor 2013 Who Wins The Bachelor 2013 Avoids Sean Lowe Letter

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Who wins the Bachelor 2013 has nothing to do with the mystery “Sean Lowe letter”? The Bachelor 2013 spoilers today from RealitySteve.com reassure fans to ignore the inconsequential twist being pushed. It’s been dubbed as the “mystery Sean Lowe letter” that appears in the Final Rose telecast. Who wrote the Sean Lowe letter, what does the Sean Lowe letter say? RealitySteve hilariously repeats ten times today “I do not know who wrote the letter [to Sean Lowe]“. But he assures news that the letter is inconsequential.

The Bachelor 2013 spoilers from RealitySteve last fall claimed that Catherine Giudici is the winner. They also claimed episode by episode that Catherine would advance with no much fanfare. Like Lindsay Yenter, she would avoid elimination throughout the season. But in the finale, Sean Lowe picks Catherine. Sean proposes, Catherine accepts, they get engaged, and they are still engaged.

Unlike other seasons, Steve assures news that The Bachelor 2013 finale wont have any last second change of heart, or similar eventful development that ends the chances for Sean and Catherine. They have found love, and they are still in love, claims Steve.

But yet, season to season, Bachelor and Bachelorette fans have watched tabloids and producers seemingly push the myriad of teases and twists that are simply inconsequential. In the case of tabloids, they are often wrong.

This week, the tabloids are in full force. At issue, is the tease being pushed about the “Sean Lowe letter”, a mystery letter that will appear in the finale. Yes someone wrote a letter to Sean Lowe. No, RealitySteve has no idea who wrote the letter. But like every other season, this letter, or this “mystery”, is much-ado-about-nothing.

Steve hilariously tells news today “I just wanted to throw this out there for the people who’ve missed it the numerous times I’ve tweeted it and written about it. I do not know who wrote the letter. Got it? Let me say it again in case you missed it.”

He then repeats the same proclamation ten times. “There. That’s 10 times I said it. Lets see how many people after today still ask me, ‘Hey RS, great column. Read it all the time. Did you see that Sean receives a letter at the final rose ceremony? Who is that from?’ Oh, it’s coming. No doubt in my mind.”

Of course, one real mystery is still in place. That concerns the role of the Bachelorette 2013. In his latest update, Steve assures news that Lindsay Yenter was purportedly offered the role of Bachelorette 2013, and that she purportedly turned it down.

The situation is problematic. Steve claims that filming for the Bachelorette 2013 season is just weeks away. And yet, there is purportedly still no casting decision for the Bachelorette 2013. Perhaps at play still is viewer reactions to this current season’s finale. So why did Lindsay turn down the role, and who will take it? That remains to be determined.

The Bachelor 2013 Spoilers: Catherine Giudici Win is No Surprise

Posted: February 26th, 2013 in Catherine Giudici, Sean Lowe, Spoilers, The Bachelor by LALATE

who wins the bachelor 2013 the bachelor spoilers 2013 Catherine Giudici

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Bachelor 2013 spoilers latest update indicates that Catherine Giudici’s win is no surprise in the finale. Moreover, that Sean Lowe letter, dubbed the “mystery letter” of the Final Rose ceremony, has zero impact on the outcome. Who wins the Bachelor 2013 has not changed. Catherine Giudici is still the winner. And unlike previous seasons where the Final Rose has turned into a cliffhanger, spoilers claim that is not the case with who Sean Lowe picks this season.

RealitySteve in his latest news update about The Bachelor 2013 spoilers claims nothing has changed. He says that the same spoilers which predicted Catherine’s win are still in place. Steve assures news that, despite what might be “revealed” in the finale, the details play no impact on Sean’s decision. “Essentially, once those spoilers were posted back in November, there really wasn’t much else to figure out this season, and outside of the specifics behind Sarah’s exit, every other spoiler I gave you this season was 100% correct.”

Steve says that the filming ended months ago. And purported production attempts to leave the ending a surprise, or to infuse doubt about Sean and Catherine, nothing is different. “My ‘detective’ work happens in the two months that the show is filming, and then when the season airs is actually the easy part – which is making fun of the show”, Steve tells news.

Sean Lowe’s The Bachelor 2013 winner is days away from being announced. But the winner in the lawsuit about the Bachelor 2013 spoilers is weeks away. Producers claim that RealitySteve used some allegedly improper means to obtain his Bachelor 2013 spoiler information. That information is not detailed in the complaint against RealitySteve, promoting him to file a motion to dismiss and Anti-SLAPP motion.

Steve’s counsel claims “It simply is not enough for Plaintiffs to allege, upon information and belief, that Defendants obtained at least some of the information by contacting and soliciting information from participants, cast, crew and/or other employees of The Bachelor Series and by knowingly inducing them to breach their confidentiality obligations to Plaintiffs. Complaint”.

Steve claims that the suit against him has two major alleged faults. First he claims a purported process outlined in a prior settlement agreement prevents an immediate jump to court. “However, because the first claim for interference with contract is barred by the Parties prior Settlement Agreement, because Plaintiffs failed to comply with the pre-suit notice requirements in the Settlement Agreement, and because Plaintiffs can allege no actual facts to support the claim, Plaintiffs cannot prevail on their first cause of action.”

Second, he claims that the allegations against him are purportedly filled with conclusion but no alleged evidence of wrongdoing or breach of the settlement agreement. “Similarly, because Plaintiffs have no facts to establish a breach of the Parties prior Settlement Agreement, Plaintiffs also cannot show a probability of success on their second claim.”

As detailed previously on LALATE, producers last Tuesday won a motion to take limited, expedited discovery upon RealitySteve in the attempt to establish their claims. That will come to a head in May. But for now, Lindsay Yenter doesn’t win this season. Catherine Giudici is your winner this season. And she is still together and engaged to Sean Lowe.
