LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Vicki Gunvalson now son-in-law was the subject of two Sheriff Department reports concerning his alleged conduct toward women in 2010, LALATE can exclusively report. Vicki Gunvalson has battled allegations on-air this RHOC season from other cast members. But in new court documents obtained exclusively by LALATE today, Gunvalson now son-in-law Ryan Culberson was the subject of two California Sheriff Department reports filed by his ex-girlfriend in 2010. After breaking up with her, Culberson would eventually marry Gunvalson’s daughter Briana.
In 2010, the Sheriff’s Department in Orange County prepared two reports about Culberson. In neither report does the investigator question Culberson for his side of the story. Those two reports were then used in a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) sought by Culberson’s ex-girlfriend Rachel Lawrence in July 2010. More details about the case can be found HERE.
The Sheriff’s Department report claimed that six witness, besides Lawrence, allegedly saw multiple encounters between Culberson and Lawrence. The incidents in question allegedly occurred during nights of line dancing at establishments called Tijuana’s in Irvine and OC Tavern.
One of the witnesses thereafter prepared on June 28, 2010 a declaration about Culberson. The witness claims, that on June 8, 2010, she and Lawrence went to Tijuana’s in Irvine. The witness claims that Culberson showed up at the establishment at that “Ryan kept wanting to talk to her but Rachel wasn’t saying anything. Ryan proceeded to call Rachel a c– wh– b–tch.”
In the season finale of RHOC 2013, fans watched as Culberson used the same word “b-tch” multiple times towards the mother of Gunvalson’s fellow housewife. This witness in June 2010 asserts that “At this time I stepped in between them and told Rachel we need to leave. Ryan kept trying to talk as I pulled Rachel away. As we walked down the stairs, Ryan had a cup filled with ice which he threw at us. He did not hit any of us.”
Then the witness claims on June 21 a friend named John “was dancing with a girl as well”. Culberson is then accused of walking up to the John and allegedly fuming after an encounter with John that “I’m not down with that gay s—t”. The witness added “I proceeded to ask what the issue was. He told me to f–off and that I had a glass jaw… He again told me to f– off and that he could take us on.”
Culberson responded to the Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) by denying the allegations by Lawrence, the witness, and the Sheriffs. He called the Sherriff reports as “unfounded”. As to Lawrence, Culberson said “Plaintiff attempts to make me out to be some type of drunk.” He denied the same. He also denied using any of the above words like “b—h”. “Plaintiff further alleges that I have called her some horrible names. I have never done this and would not even say the words that she has attributed to me. Just another example of her lies.” For more about the case click HERE.
