Ryan Culberson RHOC Pre Briana Wolsmith Dispute Revealed: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ryan Culberson of Real Housewives of Orange County prompted outrage from viewers of RHOC last season after his conduct in the season finale. During one RHOC scene, Ryan Culberson, Briana Wolfsmith’s husband, threw Lydia’s mother Judy Stirling out of a house he doesn’t own, calling her names. Then, as Vicki Gunvalson tried to apologize to Judy, Ryan continued to call Judy names. Immediately viewers were outraged and demanded answers following that telecast. Eventually, Lydia would leave the show. But tonight, that episode re-airs on Bravo. The question remains, however, if Bravo will revisit the storyline about Ryan’s conduct.

Ryan Culberson had a first wife before Briana Wolfsmith, RHOC viewers found out in the finale. But who was Ryan Culberson’s first wife, and why did they get divorce? Ryan Steve Culberson and first wife Melia D Culberson were officially divorced on September 9, 2010.. By November 3, 2011, Ryan was marrying Briana Wolfsmith, LALATE can exclusively report.

Following that scene in which Ryan Culberson gets angry at Judy, LALATE exclusively reported that Ryan Culberson battled accusations previously as well. In July 2010, Rachel Lawrence, Culberson’s ex-girlfriend, sought a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) against Ryan. Lawrence asked the court to order to Culberson not to “harass, attack, strike, assault” her. She claims that alleged trouble erupted after their split. “After our breakup, he has followed me relentlessly. He has threatened men that I dance with.”

In 2010, the Sheriff’s Department in Orange County prepared two reports about Culberson. In neither report does the investigator question Culberson for his side of the story. Those two reports were then used in a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) sought by Lawrence in July 2010.

That same month, Culberson filed his opposition, vehemently denying the allegations. Culberson then asserted that “I am a staff non commission officer in the United States Marine Corps” claiming that Lawrence forward her two police reports to Culberson’s Commanding General 1st Marine Davison. “[Lawrence] knew that I was supposed to go to 29 Palms for training and then deploy to Afghanistan. Her unfounded accusations have prevented me from doing so and I am not now with my unit”, he alleged. Culberson admitted that he loves line dancing but stated “I have been a serious dancer for years. I seldom have time to drink anything alcoholic while dancing”. He disputed the rest of her allegations as well. For more click HERE.

Ryan Culberson Sheriff Reports ‘10 Sent to Marines Gen: EXCLUSIVE

Ryan Culberson Sheriff Reports '10 Sent to Marines Gen: EXCLUSIVE real housewives of orange county briana wolfsmith

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ryan Culberson Sheriff reports went to the U.S. Marine Commanding General roughly one year before he met Vicki Gunvalson daughter, Briana Wolsmith, LALATE can exclusively reveal. Ryan Culberson of Real Housewives of Orange County was accused in 2010 of alleged “drunken behavior” and alleged “stalking incidents” in a declaration by Rachel Lawrence. Culberson called the allegations untrue in his own responsive declaration. Lawrence contacted local sheriffs. And thereafter, Lawrence allegedly submitted those Sheriff reports to Culberson’s Marine supervisors, Culberson claimed at the time.

Ryan Culberson in 2010, before meeting and marrying Briana Wolfsmith on Real Housewives of Orange County, was already divorced from his first wife. Ryan was also battling a Request for Orders to Stop Harassment (Civil Harassment) and Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) filed by then ex-girlfriend Rachel Lawrence, also from the OC, LALATE can exclusively report.

In June 2010, Lawrence twice contacted the Santa Ana division of the California Sheriff’s Department. Two Sheriff’s reports were prepared. Both reports indicate that, in neither case, was Culberson contacted by the Department to provide his side of the story.

Culberson claimed that the two Sheriff reports, he erroneously calls “police” reports, were then allegedly sent to his Marine supervisor. “I am a Staff Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps and she has also forward two unfounded Police Reports she filed to the Commanding General 1st Marine Division. She fully realizes that a restating order against me would end my marine corps career and also prevent me from working for a civil agency upon my discharge”, Ryan declared in summer 2010. “I was supposed to go to 29 Palms for training and then deploy to Afghanistan. Her unfounded accusations have prevent me from doing so and I am now not with my unit.”

Lawrence in her declaration claimed that Culberson broke up with her in May 2010. “Ryan Culberson usually in a drunken state often waits in the parking lots of these dance clubs. He tries to start fights with my friends”, she declared. “I have never stuck, threatened, harassed or followed Rachel Lawrence”, Culberson responded. “He was waiting for me, and when I saw him I rushed into my car and locked the doors having to drive away while he ran up to the driver’s window of my car”, she further claimed. Culberson disputed the same.

Lawrence also claimed “He has threaten men that I dance with”. He said “she will approach any girl that I dance with and try to discourage them from dancing with me”. Lawrence alleged “he has been escorted out of clubs because of hi irrational, drunken behavior during the stalking incidents”, which Ryan called “a blatant lie to this Court… I have never been asked to leave any club… Plaintiff attempts to make me out to be some type of drunk. In fact, I have been a serious dancer for years. I seldom have time to drink anything alcoholic when dancing”.

She further claimed that Ryan at the time “called me ‘c-, w-, b-’ until the … staff removed him from the premises of Tijuana’s in Irvine”. In the RHOC finale, Culberson also called Judy, Lydia’s mother, a “b” word. But in 2010, Culberson told a Court “I have never done his and would never seven say the words that she has attributed to me. Just another example of her lies.”

Vicki Gunvalson Son-in-Law’s Sheriff Reports Revealed: EXCLUSIVE

Vicki Gunvalson Son-in-Law's Sheriff Reports Revealed: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Vicki Gunvalson now son-in-law was the subject of two Sheriff Department reports concerning his alleged conduct toward women in 2010, LALATE can exclusively report. Vicki Gunvalson has battled allegations on-air this RHOC season from other cast members. But in new court documents obtained exclusively by LALATE today, Gunvalson now son-in-law Ryan Culberson was the subject of two California Sheriff Department reports filed by his ex-girlfriend in 2010. After breaking up with her, Culberson would eventually marry Gunvalson’s daughter Briana.

In 2010, the Sheriff’s Department in Orange County prepared two reports about Culberson. In neither report does the investigator question Culberson for his side of the story. Those two reports were then used in a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) sought by Culberson’s ex-girlfriend Rachel Lawrence in July 2010. More details about the case can be found HERE.

The Sheriff’s Department report claimed that six witness, besides Lawrence, allegedly saw multiple encounters between Culberson and Lawrence. The incidents in question allegedly occurred during nights of line dancing at establishments called Tijuana’s in Irvine and OC Tavern.

One of the witnesses thereafter prepared on June 28, 2010 a declaration about Culberson. The witness claims, that on June 8, 2010, she and Lawrence went to Tijuana’s in Irvine. The witness claims that Culberson showed up at the establishment at that “Ryan kept wanting to talk to her but Rachel wasn’t saying anything. Ryan proceeded to call Rachel a c– wh– b–tch.”

In the season finale of RHOC 2013, fans watched as Culberson used the same word “b-tch” multiple times towards the mother of Gunvalson’s fellow housewife. This witness in June 2010 asserts that “At this time I stepped in between them and told Rachel we need to leave. Ryan kept trying to talk as I pulled Rachel away. As we walked down the stairs, Ryan had a cup filled with ice which he threw at us. He did not hit any of us.”

Then the witness claims on June 21 a friend named John “was dancing with a girl as well”. Culberson is then accused of walking up to the John and allegedly fuming after an encounter with John that “I’m not down with that gay s—t”. The witness added “I proceeded to ask what the issue was. He told me to f–off and that I had a glass jaw… He again told me to f– off and that he could take us on.”

Culberson responded to the Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) by denying the allegations by Lawrence, the witness, and the Sheriffs. He called the Sherriff reports as “unfounded”. As to Lawrence, Culberson said “Plaintiff attempts to make me out to be some type of drunk.” He denied the same. He also denied using any of the above words like “b—h”. “Plaintiff further alleges that I have called her some horrible names. I have never done this and would not even say the words that she has attributed to me. Just another example of her lies.” For more about the case click HERE.

Ryan Culberson Restraining Order Documents Strike RHOC: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ryan Culberson battled a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention) by ex-girlfriend Rachel Lawrence in July 2010. Real Housewives of Orange County viewers have been troubled by the exchange between Ryan Culberson and Lydia Stirling McLaughlin’s mom Judy in the current RHOC finale. But now, LALATE has exclusively obtained shocking court and police documents about Ryan Culberson from summer 2010.

In July 2010, Rachel Lawrence, Culberson’s ex-girlfriend, sought a Request for Order (Domestic Violence Prevention). Lawrence asked the court to order to Culberson not to “harass, attack, strike, assault” her. On July 7, Lawrence prepared a declaration under penalty of perjury stating that in May “my boyfriend of approximately four months, Ryan Culberson, broke up with me”.

She claims that alleged trouble erupted thereafter. “After our breakup, he has followed me relentlessly. He has threatened men that I dance with… Ryan Culberson, usually in a drunken state, often waits in the parking slots of these dance clubs. He tries to start fights with my friends, as well as harass and threaten me that he will harm my friends.”

Lawrence then makes allegations about a firearm. “I know from my dating experience with [Ryan Culberson] that he carries firearms in the truck of his car. He told me that he has a concealed weapons permit.”

She then claimed that, after her breakup, Culberson allegedly followed her to clubs. She claims Culberson allegedly fumed one night “You don’t know what I am capable of” and “ask my sister I have broken bottles over people’s heads.” Lawrence also claims that Culberson at the time was asked to leave clubs because of his alleged behavior.

Most of the Lawrence allegations concerns Culberson and line dancing clubs. Lawrence claims that one night allegedly  “he was waiting for me ….He has grabbed my arm, trying to get me to go with him, and when I refused he called me ‘c –, wh–, b–’ until the security staff removed him from the premises of Tijuana’s in Irvine.”

On July 27, Culberson filed his Declaration in Opposition to the Application for Restraining Order. The only words in bold face in Ryan’s declaration is the statement  “I broke up with her” adding “she did not break up with me”. Culberson claims that she “would constantly contact me wanting to get back together.”

Culberson admits that he loves line dancing but states “I have been a serious dancer for years. I seldom have time to drink anything alcoholic while dancing”. He disputed the rest of her allegations. As to the firearms, Ryan said “I owned one firearm which I use for target practice. That weapon was in my vehicle when I transported it for sale to a licensed dealer.”

Lawrence told the Court “I love line dancing and swing dancing”. So she urged the Court to keep Culberson away from her and her line, specifically 100 yards. Culberson is now married to Briana Wolfsmith.

Ryan Culberson Real Housewives OC Gets Marines Response: EXCLUSIVE

Ryan Culberson Real Housewives OC Gets Marine Response: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ryan Culberson’s Real Housewives Orange County conduct prompted a Marines response today, LALATE can exclusively report. When the Ryan Culberson, Judy Stirling scandal first erupted last Monday, LALATE reported that fellow Marines viewers wanted Culberson reprimanded by Marine supervisors. Some viewers then vowed to contact, not just Bravo, but also Marine Corps’ Camp Pendleton. But one Marine division today is making clear to LALATE readers that Culberson is not with their Unit and not to drag them into his sofa-gate.

After the scandal erupted, the Military Times claimed that Culberson is a “Staff Sgt. … a joint terminal attack controller with 11th Marines, out of Camp Pendleton, Calif.” One viewer reacted by urging other Marines to contact officials. But now the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit tells LALATE that Culberson is NOT a part of their unit and don’t contact them about his RHOC conduct.

So what does that Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) think of Ryan Culberson? A Captain with the 11th MEU indicates to LALATE today that “Ryan Culberson is not a member of the 11th MEU.” But they thanked viewers for their concern about Culberson. “I appreciate your concern; however, I recommend expressing your displeasure through another channel.”

But some viewers are vowing to flip the Bravo channel. As one viewer noted, there was no history between Ryan and Judy, making the conduct in the finale even more troubling. “It’s true some of the ladies scream at each other, which turns me off but Ryan was scary and he had no real reason to act that way. The woman was a stranger to him, it’s not as if they had a history.”

Culberson episode deeply bothered viewers. But after the episode aired, the situation got worse as Culberson told news the conduct was “justified”, blamed Bravo editing, blamed Judy, and did not apologize for his conduct. Many felt that his denial has been equally troubling. “Ryan is a Marine. And a man. And Judy was a 64 year old woman who put her feet on a couch. Once again even if editing was messed with, he got in her face, and repeatedly told her to — off, and more. Yes that is a problem.”

Ryan Culberson Divorced 1st Wife Melia Before Briana: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Ryan Culberson had a first wife before Briana Wolfsmith, RHOC viewers found out this week. But who was Ryan Culberson’s first wife, and why did they get divorce? LALATE can exclusively report that Ryan of Orange County Housewives was formally divorced only fourteen months from first wife Melia when he married Briana Wolfsmith. And as Vicki Gunvalson said last season, Culberson married Briana initially without her knowledge.

Briana Wolfsmith introduction of Ryan Culberson to Vicki Gunvalson last season prompted on screen tensions. But LALATE can report that there was far more background. Ryan Steve Culberson and first wife Melia D Culberson were officially divorced on September 9, 2010. By November 3, 2011, Ryan was marrying Briana Wolfsmith.

Court records obtained exclusively by LALATE from the Superior Court of California’s Family Law division for Orange County indicate that Ryan and Melia’s divorce “was filed on 11/24/2009…A judgment for this case was entered on 09/09/2010 The divorce has been granted.” There were no hearing dockets or attorneys of record on the matter.

On November 3, 2011, Wolfsmith and Culberson obtained a marriage license in Nevada. In a scene filmed by Bravo after that November 3 date and aired last season on RHOC, Vicki met Ryan and Briana for dinner. But Vicki strangely said of Ryan and ”I have only met him a couple times in the last few years.”

She later added “I don’t like bombs.” Briana finally revealed “He drops bombs for a living…since he has been back.. we have been spontaneous, we know what we want. A couple days, Ryan and I drove to Las Vegas and decide to get a marriage license.” So does Melia watch RHOC, and what did she think of Ryan’s RHOC season finale airing this week? That remains to be seen.
