That’s the former Rob Lowe second nanny that LALATE broke to you last night. She is being represented by who is being represented by Gloria Allred.

In that story broke last night, there are allegations of conduct by the Lowes toward the nanny referencing a boyfriend at the time.

Moments ago TMZ writes that it believes Laura Boyce’s boyfriend at time could be Dale Davis.

No confirmation from Davis or Boyce or Allred if that is in fact true.

Laura Boyce Rob Lowe Second Nanny Joins Lawsuit, Gloria Allred Attorney

A second, yes second, former nanny of actor Rob Lowe has reportedly now come forward.Reports People Magazine moments ago “A second former nanny of Rob Lowe filed a countersuit Wednesday in a Los Angeles court, accusing the actor’s wife of sexual harassment”. Boyce is also seeking claims of wrongful termination, unpaid wages and other labor code violation against the Lowes.

This time the nanny’s name is Laura Boyce. Boyce reportedly worked for Lowe’s family for seven months last year and is unhappy for how she allegedly was treated by Lowe’s wife, Sheryl Lowe.

The Lowes are being represented by Larry Stein, who calls the allegations as false. Boyce is being represented by Gloria Allred who says “The lawsuit speaks for itself.”

Files Lawsuit

The nanny in the Rob Lowe nanny scandal has come forward and is making some shocking allegations.

She has now appeared on a U.S. television news show. Former Nanny Jessica Gibson reports she has filed a lawsuit in Santa Barbara, a city north of Los Angeles in California, claiming that actor, star of “Brothers & Sisters” allegedly exposed himself to her several times and touched inappropriately.

She reportedly was employed for seven years.

The lawsuit reportedly claims “Rob “placed his hand inside Gibson’s pants” several times from 2005 to 2008. He also allegedly grabbed her buttocks without her consent in 2007. Additionally, the nanny made harassment claims against Rob’s wife Sheryl, claiming she would walk around the house naked, make vulgar comments and would discuss her sex life with Rob to the nanny. ” Source.

She appeared with her attorney, our fav Gloria Allred.
