Kim, before there was a reality show or random gratuitous bikini picture snapping left and right, was an employee of singer Brandy.

Mom Norwood claims that the Kardashian & Ko ran up more than $120,000 in unauthorized credit card in 2006 and 2007 while Kim was Brandy’s stylist. Of course, when LALATE first reported to you this story, and showed you the Norwood complaint, despite other sites listing the damages being sought at $120K, LALATE showed you the total number could actually be much higher than $120 being sought.

The Kardashians have denied the Norwood allegations.

The case reportedly has a final status conference February 11, 2009.

So the big question is … how tight do you think Kim’s dress suit should be for trial?

Now Yung Berg (Christian Ward) is doing his own thing. Good for him. LALATE is a big fan of Yung Berg and he is someone you need to watch.

But before he hits it big, someone in his camp needs to get over and edit his wikipedia page which talks less about his music and more about who beat him up. What the ?

The page reads (yes, it’s not even written properly): “Yung Berg is known as a lame in Chicago, and was beat up as a kid and in high school. … It was reported that Bow Wow beat him up in Atlanta in late May.” Charming.

Brandy’s brother Ray J, after a break from the music scene, has shot back with a hit single first broke here on LALATE. Ray J’s “Sexy Can I” continues to remain on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for several weeks.

The two were spotted together this weekend in Atlanta. Ray J had a Hot 107.9 gig.

Ray J then performed at the Compound with Mario and Ashanti for the “Hot on The Runway Fashion” show.

She’s 44, he’s 27, and that’s just the craziest pairing ever.

The track Boyfriend (which is not that great of a song) has Ray J singing, “Is that your wife, is that your shorty? Well I’m her boyfriend… I think the problem is you don’t beat it right… Making love is cool, just pull her hair sometimes.”

Is that or is that not a diss of Houston’s ex Bobby Brown? Brown and Ray J have been jabbing each other in the press this month.
