Quantum of Solace Reviews Bad

Quantum of Solace Reviews are BAD! Bad reviews for Quantum of Solace, the new James Bond film, are everywhere, not calling the film horrible but calling it … boring, lackluster, not typical Bond.

And boring doesn’t go well with James Bond.

The Today Show yesterday said the film had a nothing villain, lacked the flare of a usual Bond film.

The NY Post: 3 stars writes:

REVENGE is a dish best served with bullets, high explosives and giant rolling flameballs. In “Quantum of Solace,” James Bond orders the revenge buffet, deluxe.

The New York Times writes:

“The Sean Connery James Bond movies of the 1960s were smooth, cosmopolitan comedies, which in the Roger Moore era sometimes ascended to the level of farce. With Mr. Craig, James Bond reveals himself to be — sigh — a tragic figure.”

Gemma Arterton, the new James Bond Girl, was born with 12 fingers! Gemma Arterton’s hands had six fingers at birth. But Gemma Arterton’s two extra fingers fell off. GOLDFINGER!

Gemma Arterton plays Agent Fields in the upcoming Quantum Of Solace.

Arterton had the fingers “tied” that resulted in them falling off naturally.

She says to Esquire magazine: “It’s my little oddity that I’m really proud of. It makes me different.”

Gemma Arterton also has a crumpled ear corrected with surgery. “I was born with lots of deformities.”

CONFIRMED! Alicia Keys has done the theme song for Quantum of Solace called “Another Way To Die” with Jack White (White Stripes). Key’s Another Way to Die for Quantum is the first duet theme song in Jame Bond history!

LALATE has reported to you rumors that Keys was set to do the theme song. It appears now that Keys could have been already finished with the James Bond song when those rumors hit.

White wrong the song, prodcued the song, and did drums; Keys performs it. The soundtrack gets released October 28 by Keys’ label J Records.

Earlier this year, Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson ended plans to do the theme song.

As soon as “Another Way to Die” hits online, LALATE will have it for you. You KNOW it’s going to be good!

JUST IN! Alicia Keys will record the James Bond Quantum of Solace theme song, says new reports. If you believe in the Bond Curse that had plagued this film, that’s nothing compared to its theme song. They can’t decide on who to do it!

Before Alicia Keys, the theme was originally for Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson.

Then Beyonce, Duran Duran, Annie Lennox, even Leona Lewis was rumoredl Now its Keyes.

Reps for Keyes and the film won’t comment.

The film is set to be released this November. They better choice who’s going to do the theme song soon.

The stunning new trailer for the 22nd James Bond film is led by Daniel Craig seeking revenge for the death of his love. 007 fights an environmentalist attempting to take the country of Bolivia’s water supply.The title comes from an unrelated short story in Ian Fleming’s For Your Eyes Only (1960).

Quantum of Solace Trailer

NEW: The James Bond “Quantum of Solace” trailer. Forget anymore James Bond Curse because principal photography on the new James Bond triller Quantum of Solace has finally concluded.(All that is left to be cursed is the Bond boxoffice!)

Quantum of Solace was given the infamous title of having a James Bond Curse because of so many incidents that happened on the set.

What’s the film’s official word? “There was a minor incident on set,” said Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group spokesman Steve Elzer. “Daniel injured his hand. He sought medical attention. He was back on the set within a matter of hours and production went on.”

Yeah, how about all the other incidents!

The trailer for Quantum of Solace drops June 30 online! As soon as it drops, LALATE will have it for you first.

Quantum of Solace premieres in England Oct. 31 and stateside in the U.S. on November 7.

James Bond CURSE!

The James Bond curse has hit again. Daniel Craig has sliced off the tip off one of his fingers shooting a scene today! Yet another James Bond Curse event that has struck the cursed 22nd Bond movie, Quantum of Solace.Craig had his face cut and required eight stitches two weeks ago.

Before thatn, Aris Comninos, 40, a stunt driver suffered head injuries while driving a Alfa Romeo 159 on set. British engineer Fraser Dunn, 29, survived after 007’s Aston Martin DBS crashed into a lake. Hours after Dunn, another driver was injured during a car chase. Yep, three accidents in one week. Greek Comninos was also injured on the set near Brescia. Then a technician on the film was stabbed horribly with no less than a steak knife at home. He was attacked by a woman in the bedroom and is currently in critical condition.

The James Bond Curse lives on!

Beyonce Quantum of Solace THEME Song!

Beyonce is expected to record the theme song for the James Bond movie “Quantum of Solace“.Amy Winehouse and producer Mark Ronson were set to record the song.But earlier this year, Ronson claimed that Winehouse was not health wise ready to record the theme. Winehouse reps shot back saying rather Amy and Mark were just having creative differences.

The Quantum of Solace movie has been plagued by everything humanly thinkable it seems, giving rise to what LALATE previously reported on as the “Curse of Quantum of Solace”, an online belief by fans that the movie is cursed.

Let’s hope baggin’ B for the theme will break that so-called curse.

No confirmation yet about Beyonce Knowles doing the theme song.

What do you think about Beyonce doing the theme? LALATE thinks it’s a super idea if they do one of those high octave songs that Beyonce is great at.

Beyonce is reportedly doing the track, written by Amanda Ghost with John Barry.
