Introducing - Portia DeGeneres! Portia de Rossi is changing her name to Portia DeGeneres says reports. Portia DeGeneres will be the new name of de Rossi who married LALATE’s fav tv talker Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year.

The wedding, while highly publicized, was very intimate, with few in attendance except close friends. In fact, new reports say that Ellen turned down offers from George Michael and Justin Timberlake to sing at the wedding.

No confirmation from Ellen or Portia to the name change reports today.

Ellen and Portia want babies! Just when to have the babies, Ellen and Portia haven’t decided. Having just gotten married last weekend, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi now say they are considering having children.

Exciting!

“We go back and forth. I don’t know if it’s our immediate future. It’s something we talk about every few months” says de Rossi to People. Says Ellen to People, “If they would be as pretty as Brad and Angelina’s kids, we might.”

Portia and Ellen got married last weekend in a stunning ceremony, intimate even by celebrity standards, at the couple’s massive estate in Beverly Hills. Both wore white in classic designs and looked beautiful. Their home featured over the last year on LALATE was expanded through the purchasing of several neighboring estates to create one massive celebrity compound.

Probably in Beverly Hills and their estate.

Earlier this year, LALATE has profiled the massive estate that Ellen and Portia have been building themselves in Beverly Hills by acquiring neighboring lots. Last year, Ellen and Portia bought near Jessica Simpson. The cost: $29 million (for the first house). Then they bought a house next door from celebrity real estate broker Jade Mills for $8.5 MILLION more, and tour it down. Ellen DeGeneres Bikini!

CUTE! Ellen DeGeneres sported a bikini with partner Portia De Rossi in Sardinia, Italy as they kissed last weekend. And even more amazing, Ellen wasn’t wearing those tennis shoes!

Ellen opted for the one piece brown bikini suit, and looked super hot doing it. The two are set to wed later this summer.

But what did Portia wear? Portia opted for one piece of a two piece suit. Oh my!

Earlier this year, LALATE named Portia and Ellen one of the hottest Hollywood couples. They truly are adorable together and so much love. So cute.

But with Vans now coming out with custom tennis shoes from several celebrities, why is there no Ellen tennis shoe yet? Extra padding, perfect for dancing?

The Ellen Degeneres Portia De Rossi wedding is getting close. Initial rumors had said the Ellen Portia wedding could be this summer.

While no wedding date has been announced by DeGeneres or De Rossi, Ellen revealed wedding details this week. Ellen gave Portia a glittering ring with pink diamonds.“Yes, we have set a wedding date,” said DeGeneres this weekend. DeGeneres, 50, won Friday talk-show host for the fourth year in a row. In May, she announced her engagement to De Rossi, 35, after California’s Supreme Court ruled a ban on same sex marriages as unconstitutional.

“Planning a wedding is very stressful,” says DeGeneres to one mag. “It is crazy. My gardener is now invited.”

“I can’t wait to be married. I feel like it is long overdue,” she said. “And I think someday people will look back on this like women not having the right to vote and segregation and anything else that seems ridiculous like we all don’t have the same rights.”

Portia de Rossi Ellen DeGeneres Wedding !

Portia de Rossi Ellen DeGeneres Wedding ! Yes Portia de Rossi and Ellen are getting married after announcing their wedding! Yesterday a court ruling in California’s state Supreme court, the state in which the Ellen and Portia live, ended a ban on gay marriages.

Ellen slipped the announcement during a taping of her hit show yesterday.

“Limiting the designation of marriage to a union ‘between a man and a woman’ is unconstitutional and must be stricken from the statute,” California Chief Justice Ron George said.

Ellen and Portia de Rossi have been featured on LALATE news extensively not just for their achievements as a pair but also their business sense. Portia and Ellen have built a real estate mini empire in Los Angeles and neighboring areas by buying and re-selling high end properties over the last few years. Some of those properties, including most recently their Beverly Hills P.O. Box property, have been featured here on LALATE.

No date yet on the Portia Ellen wedding date.

Did you know that Ellen is neighbors with Jessica Simpson? Imagine all the dancing and singing on that street.

Last year, Ellen and Portia reportedly bought on Lime Orchard Road in Beverly Hills near Jessica Simpson.

But this story doesn’t end there.

E and P first bought one house (pictured above) on Lime Orchard last December which features an 8,500+ square foot main house, a 2,500+ square foot, and a 5,000 sq ft bunker house, with an 8 car garage. The cost …. $29 MILLION dollars.

But it didn’t stop there. Now they E and P have bought the house next door from celeb real estate agent Jade Mills for $8.5 MILLION more!

And now what … they tour it down! Almost $40 million into one property.

But this story gets even better!
