Santonio Holmes has been slapped with a charge, not with an arrest. Pittsburgh Steelers Santonio Holmes will receive notice of a charge for possession of marijuana in the mail. Santonio Holmes’ misdemeanour follows a traffic stop of the Steelers receiver in Pittsburgh.

Local law enforcement says Holmes was not arrested at the scene but will receive a summons and notice of the charge in the mail.

Holmes reportedly acknowledge the possession during the traffic stop.

“We’re aware of what happened and are still gathering information at this time and will not comment,” Steelers spokesman Dave Lockett said.

No comment by Holmes.

Holmes is from Belle Glade, Fla.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the young woman for her to make a speedy recovery, and we hope that the person who perpetrated this crime is swiftly apprehended and brought to justice.”

John McCain’s campaign says the following:

“The McCain campaign is aware of the incident involving one of its volunteers. Out of respect, the campaign won’t be commenting. The campaign also confirms that Senator McCain and Governor Palin have both spoken to the woman.”

John McCain has called and spoken both with Todd and her family. News of Todd’s attack hit several hours ago here on LALATE, despite her identity first withheld by police. Her attack was last night near an ATM machine.

The attack was at an ATM in Bloomfield, near Pittsburgh. Ashley had already withdrawn the $60 when a robber demanded her money then. After she gave it to him, and the two parted ways, he spotted reportedly multiple McCain stickers on Todd’s car.

The attacker then came back to Todd, punched her to the back of the head, then to the ground, and carved a B into her face.

LALATE NEWS BREAKING REPORT!

Now, multiple Pittsburgh News stations are confirming that a woman was indeed a McCain staffer / volunteer who was robbed last night.

The horrific event unfolded last night at an ATM in Bloomfield, near Pittsburgh. The location: Citizens Bank on Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street.

The woman is 20, but from Texas, not from Pittsburgh. The attack happened as she withdrew money from the ATM. She tells police a man demanded her money then. She gave it to him, reportedly $60.

She then thought it was over and began to walk to her car. He then spotted reportedly multiple McCain stickers, not just one.

At this point, Pittsburgh news says the robber was already moving away from her. But when he saw the McCain stickers, that’s when he went off.

The man reportedly punched the woman to the bacj of the head, punched her to the ground, and then carved a B into her face, says Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

A Pittsburgh McCain Volunteer Attacked! BREAKING NEWS – McCain volunteer mutilated, attacked, B etched into her face, by Obama supporter burglar.

Pittsburgh News confirms a McCain supporter was robbed at an ATM in Bloomfield, near Pittsburgh, last night, near a Citizens Bank on Liberty Avenue and Pearl Street.

The attack was before 9 p.m. EST.

The robber took $60. But before he left, he noticed her car that had a McCain bumper sticker on it.

The attacker then reportedly “punched and kicked the victim, before using the knife to scratch the letter “B” into her face” says police.

The woman is refusing to have her identity revealed.

Pittsburgh news reportedly say the robber is “described as a dark-skinned black man, 6 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes.”
