Heather Mills is a charmer.We now know that before Mills appeared outside a courtroom yesterday, she was allegedly thrown out of court for pouring a jug of water over her Paul McCartney’s divorce lawyer Fiona Shackleton in the middle of proceedings, claims severa british mags including the Daily Mail this morning!

Oh, and if you think that’s all, now Mills allegedly wants to report the LAWYER for misconduct.

Say what?

Claims the Daily Mail, after she threw the water, she reportedly said the lawyer had now been “baptised in court.” “Heather Mills was apparently led away as chaos broke out following her dousing of Ms Shackleton.”

Settlement Announced Publically

As LALATE had predicted to you, Heather Mills was awarded roughly $50 million in her divorce case, as was announced publically today. Oh, but she still has something to say.“I am so, so happy. I’m so glad it’s over, it was an incredible result in the end to secure mine and my daughter’s future and that of all the charities that I obviously plan on helping and making a difference with – because you know it has been my life for 20 years. Obviously the court do not want a litigant in person to do well, it’s against everything that they ever wish, so when they write the judgment up they’re never going to make it look in favour. I am appealing against the publication of the judgement because it has so many private details about me and my daughter.”

Mills got an upfront lump sum of $33 milllion with the remainder coming over time, as previously detailed here on LALATE. And as predicted to you, the court found McCartney’s net worth approximately half of what had been estimated at $1.7 billion.

Divorce Ruling Announcement

We now know that this coming Monday the divorce award granted to Heather Mills will be made public.

Earlier this week the Judge in the Mills McCartney matter reportedly sent his ruling privately to both parties. This Monday he is expected to make public some of the details of his ruling.

First the initial lump sum to be given to Mills is expected to be £25million ($50 million).

Second, the amount of her annual payments thereafter are in question. It’s this point that will be the expected surprise. Some estimates place it at £21million ($42 million).

Third, how wealthy is Paul McCartney is believed to have followed Sir Paul’s position. Lists had put him at £825million ($1.6 billion), Mills claiming more, McCartney claiming less. It is expected that the Court has determined he is in fact worth far less than that, impacting how much Mills gets.

LALATE BREAKING NEWS: HEATHER MILLS DIVORCE SETTLEMENT GONE AFTER BRILLIANT LEGAL MOVE BY MCCARTNEY.

Heather Mills is furious tonight. Why? Because she DID NOT get her $108 million, and may never will!

Let me explain to you what happened.

Mills was seeking in excess of $108 million for her divorce settlement from McCartney. She was not awarded that amount, but asking that amount. By putting up her case, Mills basically showed Sir Paul her best cards.

Sources say she was pressing for a settlement last week.

By Friday, sources say Mills and McCartney orally agreed to a settlement of $108. The Judge told Mills to go home for the weekend, have the opportunity to consult with an attorney before signing the settlement, and come in Monday with Sir Paul and sign the settlement.

This is where it gets so, so, so good! Mills reportedly walked into the courtroom this Monday morning, all smiles, ready to sign with Sir Paul her $108 million settlement when suddenly Sir Paul played the oldest game in the legal book that left Mills leaving the court reportedly FURIOUS!
