Cowboys vs Rams 2014 Score: Tony Romo Looks For Second Season Win

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Cowboys vs Rams 2014 (live score results below) kicks off NFL Football Sunday. The game will air on Fox with Pam Oliver (photos below) providing reporting. The game features two teams looking to improve after a lackluster start this season.

Today’s Cowboys vs Rams 2014 game features the 1-1 Cowboys taking on the 1-1 Rams. The Cowboys are 1-0 on the road, and the Rams are 0-1 at home. Tony Romo has a sixty-four percent completion rate this season. He has passed for two touchdowns, three interceptions, and 457 yards. Davis has delivered no touchdown passes yet for St Louis, and neither has Hill. But they each have one interception. Davis has a seventy-three percent completion rate with 427 yards passed.

Murray leads Cowboys rushing. He has two touchdown runs on fifty-one carries this season, producing two hundred eighty-five yards. Stacy, in turn, has one touchdown run for the Rams, on thirty carries, producing 114 yards. On receiving, Bryant and Williams each have one touchdown catch for Dallas so far. Bryant has fourteen receptions, producing one hundred 158 yards, while Williams has six catches producing seventy yards. For the Rams, Quick and Cook have no touchdowns yet, even though Quick has fourteen catches producing 173 yards, and Cook has eight receptions producing roughly one hundred yards.

Why are the Cowboys so inconsistent this season? “I think we ran the ball a lot of different ways against a good defensive front, but certainly when DeMarco had the ball in his hands, he was a dominant runner,” coach Jason Garrett told ESPN. “There’s no question in my mind about that.”

Tony Romo is his harshest critic, players told news last week. Jerry Jones agrees. “When you can have more of a balance, which means that you’re not sitting there with a highway show of passes for Romo, then I think we’re seeing you have a better chance for your defense to be more effective, play less plays, better field position,” Jones told ESPN. “All of it works together. And so the way we played Romo the other day fits me just fine and fits him just fine. It’s called winning and that’s what we’re all here for.” For live score of this and all other NFL games today click HERE.

Rams vs. Seahawks 2013 Prompts Score Showdown Today live score results channel today game

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Rams vs. Seahawks 2013 (live score results below) heads into their football game within moments on Fox (Pam Oliver photos below). The Rams are not in contention for a NFL Playoff spot. The Seahawks in turn are going to the NFC Division Round games.

Today’s Rams vs. Seahawks 2013 game (start time 1:25 PM PST) is one of the few games today that won’t have an impact on the NFL Playoff Picture. The Seahawks are looking for their thirteen win of the season. They are 12-3 overall and 6-1 at home. The Rams in turn are 7-6 overall and 2-5 on the road.

The Seahawks are coming that surprising loss to the Cardinals, final score 17-10. Receiver Doug Baldwin told ESPN news his thoughts about that loss. “It’s a good thing that it happened here because now we know that we’re not invincible at home. This is going to help us, not only with the next game next week, but through the playoffs if we get home-field advantage.”

Even though today’s game does not impact Playoff standings, Seattle coach Pete Carroll told ESPN news that he expects a strong battle Sunday. “We’ve always had tough games with these guys and they’ve been tough on everybody in the division and nothing should be different about this one.” For live score results today click HERE.

Pam Oliver Hit in Face by Football During Fox Telecast

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – Pam Oliver (photos below) got hit in the face by the football during Fox’s telecast of Sunday’s NFL game. Pam Oliver usually reports football news as Fox’s sideline reporter. But on Sunday she became the news story as a Colts pass went off the field.

Colts backup quarterback Chandler Harnish was trying to connect with one his receivers. Instead Harnish connected with a surprised Oliver. Harnish later apologized to Oliver. The incident ironically happened just as Fox launches a new daily program about football and their reporters.

Pam Oliver was broadcasting from the field during Sunday’s Giants-Colts game. But then a Harnish ball went off the field and right into Oliver’s face.

He also promised some flowers coming her way, this time not thrown but hand delivered. “Be expecting flowers in the mail soon! #ToughLady.” Oliver went falling after the hit but got back up and was all smiles. Erin Andrews was named America’s Hottest Sportscaster in 2007. But, honestly, she still should have that title.
