CBS is dealing with the Janet Jackson breasts fallout, literally. CBS is in huge trouble, over $1/2 million in trouble, for broadcasting Janet Jackson’s breasts during the famous Super Bowl performance.

We think CBS messed up and should pay the fine. What do you think?

CBS is in court right now fighting not to pay a whopping $550,000 fine issued by the Federal Communications Commission. CBS said it did nothing wrong. FCC says otherwise, arguing that ”CBS was indifferent to the risk that ‘a highly sexualized performance’ might cross the line. Timberlake sang the lyrics, “Gonna have you naked by the end of this song,” and that’s exactly what happened, Miller said” reported AP.

If you don’t know, often performances like Britney’s at award shows can be staged by the show (MTV), or the singer’s label (JIVE), or in conjuction. We don’t know who staged her performance. The whole act, irrespective of Britney, was awful. It was cheap. It was slow. It didn’t make sense. And it’s not Britney’s fault because she didn’t design it.

Was she good? No she was awful. If she was given bad moves by MTV, don’t hate her, but dislike her for agreeing to do a horrible production, whoever created it, and wasting your television viewing time.

Finally, her body. Give the girl a break and a stylist. She made the mistake of showing skin when she really wasn’t in shape. Enough sad.

Our thoughts: we love her, she knows she bombed, but you have to feel sorry for her not to have anyone around her telling her the obvious ahead of time.

LALATE EXCLUSIVE - MONDAY. This morning lalate news broke that Disney girl gone wild, Vanessa Hudgens, first caught in a nude pic scandal is now caught in a second scandal, now girl-on-girl pictures. Is it idle fun or something more?

We think it’s idle fun and still support Vanessa.

What appeared first as an innocent exchange of one picture between Hudgens and reportedly just one man, her boyfriend Efron, has turned into a trail of pictures galore. Where these pictures are coming from since the National Enquirer nude picture is not known. Nor do we know what her relationship is to these girls she is tongueing in picture after picture. And of course the big question, is what now remains of her future at Disney, after not just one picture, but reports from People Magazine her nude pic went to a Nick at Night star, and now these girl on girl pictures.

What do you know think about Hudgens with this new development today?

If you think Drake Bell looks dresses, and apparently brushes his hair like Zac Efron, then you aren’t alone.

Drake was the titled star of Nickelodeon TV show, “Drake and Josh”. In 2006, Hudgens - before reportedly dating Zac Efron - appeared in one episode of Bell’s series. The show involves its teen stars signing, much Efron in High School Musical. 

Bell’s camp has been quick to deny any involvement in the Vanessa Hudgens picture leaking. Jill Fritzo, Bell’s flak, told People Magazine that “Drake says he never received those photos” while Bell says he didn’t leak them.

There are major new developments Sunday in the Vanessa Hudgens picture scandal which lalate news can now report is enlargening. If you thought the story was done, it’s now getting bigger.

First, lalate news can tell you the trail to who leaked the picture may be getting closer as it starts a he-says-she-says game.

Remember the reports that said Hudgens took the pics for current boyfriend, High School Muscial 2 costar, Zac Efron? Well that may not be the case anymore.

According to People Magazine, a source says Vanessa Hudgens “emailed photos the to Drake Bell a few years ago”, not Zac Efron.
