LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Breana Tiesi and Nick Hogan are reportedly getting engaged. Nick Hogan and Breana Tiesi have discussed getting married, Hogan has purchased an engagement ring, and the former reality TV star is expected to propose to his girlfriend of three years in the coming days, reports TMZ.

Sister Brooke Hogan in 2008 told news that she and Nick were often the subject of erroneous news reports. But the Hogans at the time said that fans generally are able to discern between fake and true reports. “That goes to show you that you can’t believe anything you watch on TV or read in magazines” Brooke said in a news statement in July 2008 “Cause people will make up [stuff] without even knowing the facts.” She added “Hey Media! Why don’t you gather facts, check them, and then give the public the truth? That might work. Oh no…I forgot. You make too much money telling LIES.”

Ironically, before the advent on Twitter, Brooke Hogan like other celebrities tended to release longer statements to news and fans because of then popularity of MySpace. In 2009, Hogan would often release one to two page long statements on MySpace clarifying current situations with her family. As Twitter popularity picked up, and MySpace popularity slowed down, celebrities like Hogan began to say far less.

“I feel sorry for the people who are misinformed because all they have to go off of is the media, which lets just face it, is NEVER a reliable source. Even the news, when that should be the most accurate… it’s probably the most far off” Brooke Hogan wrote at the time. “I didn’t come on here to vent, and I know this still won’t change people’s opinion or what they think about my family. But I know that you never really know, until you actually walk in someone’s shoes. And that goes in all directions.”

Hulk Hogan and wife Linda have reached a divorce settlement.

Hulk Hogan and Linda Bollea have settled their divorce after months of public feuding. Terms of the settlement are kept confidential. Bollea had been granted initially a $40,00 a month alimony payment but Hulk had fought a reduction of that amount.

The war of wrods both in and out court spanned 18 months and properties in multiple states. Yet, by Monday discussions between the two sides progressed significantly, finally resolving all the issues.

And what’s her reaction? She still loves Hulk:

“The war is over. I still love him. He’s the father of my children. … We’re trying to be a family one more time.”

It’s unclear where each family member will live. Linda says she’s moving to Los Angeles where Nick lives. Brooke will remain in Miami. And Hulk hasn’t decided, even though he does significant production work currently in Los Angeles. Hulk says he’s a “free man” and it’s time to “finally function as a family.”

Nick Hogan is driving .. in Los Angeles! Nick Hogan has been issued a California Drivers License. DMV has issued Hogan Knows Best former reality tv star turned car crasher Nick Bollea Hogan a drivers license.

Yes, despite the fact that Hogan has driving issues with the state of Florida, California DMV has issued Bollea a license. That’s a lot of Bollea!

DMV reportedly  gave Hogan a license without restrictions to drive anywhere in the state, even down YOUR street. Says Hogan’s attorney:

“California is one of the states that looks at the fact that he had a valid license in Florida, albeit with certain restrictions, but they don’t recognize those restrictions. So, he’s given a full license to drive in California.”

Nick Hogan prison release! Nick Hogan’s prison release will occur in the next 24 hours. Nick Hogan’s release will find himself with a much different Hogan family then when he entered prison. His parents are divorce. Hulk Hogan hosts more tv shows that you can keep track of. And his sister takes up poll dancing on her reality show. Today, Brooke Hogan blogs about Nick’s release.

Hey you guys…as you all know, my brothers gettin out tomorrow…I cant even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me! Nick and I are like best friends…and i cant believe how long Ive gone without him…. Not seeing him for 6 months has been really really hard. He always knows how to make me feel better or make me smile when I need it, and its been tough without having him there to hug me just at the right time, or crack a joke when im havin a bad day.

There have been a lot of supporters and a lot of haters that have come up to me and said things that have helped and things that made me feel like I couldn’t make it through another day… Some people wish terrible terrible things on us and say the the most nasty comments that I can’t even repeat on here… It really hurts. I understand people have their own opinion, but most of the people that come up to us don’t know the whole story, or how much we really really love John. Its really sad, because were not bad people….were just going through a really hard time, and so is John’s family. I feel sorry for the people who are misinformed because all they have to go off of is the media, which lets just face it, is NEVER a reliable source. Even the news, when that should be the most accurate…its probably the most far off. I didn’t come on here to vent, and I know this still wont change peoples opinion or what they think about my family. But I know that you never really know, until you actually walk in someones shoes. And that goes in all directions. All I ask, is instead of making this harder, and putting evil things out there, you pray for John and for us, and leave words of inspiration. I know- like I know -like I know- John is gonna walk out of that hospital and things will be ok again. I know his strength and I know he can do it with our prayers…… To all the people who have been supportive- It has helped MORE than you will ever know. I can not thank you enough…..Please pray for my brothers safety too… this is a really tough time he has gone through and I know all he wants to do is show you, John and his family how much he cares and understands.

Nick Hogan is getting released. Yup, Nick Hogan is getting an early release. Hogan was serving for the John Graziano’s death that led to Hogan’s felony reckless driving charges.

Hogan gets released October 21. This will be three months early for good behavior and working.

“Working”? Really?

“They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,” a jail official told People.

Last weekend, sister Brooke Hogan steamed up VH-1 (and here) with her pole dancing routine.

Hogan was to serve 8 months originally.
