Tea Fire DEATH

The Tea Fire has resulted in one death, says reports. The Tea Fire has led to death of a Montecito man, says Santa Barbara reports tonight.
A 98-year-old who reportedly had evacuated safely from the fire has since died in a local area hotel from medical conditions suffered subsequent to the fire. Reports can not yet determine if those conditions were brought upon or worsened by the fire.
The Director of Santa Barbara County Public Heath says today mask are available to residents.
“These masks are being made available to the public for free. It’s better to avoid exposure, particularly for those with known lung or breathing problems. But if you have to be outdoors, especially if you’re doing vigorous activity, it is wise to wear a mask to reduce exposure to inhaled wild land fire smoke.”
