DEA has issued a subpoena against Mary-Kate Olsen. DEA is investigating Mary-Kate “relevant information” in the Heath Ledger death case. Mary-Kate Olsen’s rep says she is innocent and been fully cooperative.

Reports say Federal Agents for DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) could serve a subpoena on Olsen to learn “how Ledger obtained medications sans prescription”. The subpoena is allegedly dated April 23, but has not yet been served, now in August.

“We are still in negotiations. There are still negotiations with Mary-Kate’s lawyer and also with our U.S. Attorney’s Office, the prosecutors.”

If negotiations are not reached, the subpoena could force Olsen to reportedly appear in front of a grand jury.

At stake: DEA’s determination of how Ledger got OxyContin and Vicodin.

Olsen’s attorney said yesterday: “Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen has nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and does not know where he obtained them”.

One mag claims Sean Avery IS dating Kelly Klein.

Page Six claims today that Avery and Klein are dating, with the hilarious description: “SEAN Avery - the metrosexual former New York Ranger who spent his summer interning for Vogue”. Now that’s a mouthful.

The mag goes on to say Avery was at a dinner for Paul Wilmot at Chateau Marmont Wednesday night but ended up laughing the night away with Mary-Kate Olsen. Drink of choice? Ciroc. (Eww.)

Kelly is very hot. No comment from either side. You decide.

Spencer Pratt (”The Hills”) is responding to Mary-Kate Olson’s remarks last night on Letterman. He explains that he didn’t even go to school with her. Now the Crossroad Prep’ Pratt is doing a war of prep schools through the press.Pratt says Mary-Kate went to (the lesser) Campbell Hall, while he went to the slightly better Crossroads School near LALATE headquarters.

Spencer’s reponse to Mary Kate “I don’t really get why she’d use my name to get press for her little indie film that no one’s going to see. She should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me… I know I’ve made it in Hollywood when a famous troll is talking about me on Letterman. I forgive her, though. She’s had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough.”

Did he just say “less cute identical twin”? You see why Spencer only went to Crossroads and not Harvard Westlake!

Imagine the pretty people of the “it” crowd. Then put them around a table that has a tablecloth like your grade school birthday party. Put everyone in tacky flannel shirts. And add a pinata. And there you have it. Perhaps the un-”it” crowd.What is it? Hilarious. And too much flannel.

What is in the Olsen twins coffee?Depends on who you ask.

Internet rumors this week says a barista at the Olsen’s local coffee shop has been quietly brewing up some tricks.

The rumor is the barista is changing the Olsen Twins usual skimmed milk with a full fat version.

According to U.S. magazine OK!, “the barista thought the Olsens were too thin, so whenever they ordered their usual drink, he would replace the skim milk with full-fat.”

Reps for the Olsen call the story “ridiculous”.

Who can’t taste the difference of fat free versus whole fat milk?

This story is all fat.

Mary Kate Olsen’s rep, Annette Wolf, has issued a statement denying a CBS2 NY report that Heath Ledger died in her apartment. Not true says Olsen.

The statement says: “It is not her apartment. She does not own the apartment. She has never owned the apartment. She and her sister have an apartment in New York City but they are not in this building.”
