When Mariah Yeater petitioned a court in the Justin Bieber matter, she was confronted with several issues about Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater’s future life. Among her answers are a series of peculiar responses, LALATE can report. Yeater claims that Justin Bieber is the child’s father. But when asked if she thinks that she and Bieber should share in legal custody, she declines, asserting that she should have the child’s sole legal custody.
As to physical custody, Mariah Yeater’s desire for the child is the same. Yeater believes that she should have sole physical custody of the child, and not share that with Bieber. Yeater, who is on food stamps, jobless, and lives on public assistances adds a declaration in her petition to the court.

But in that declaration she gives no explanation why the child is better off, solely, with her. Yeater makes detailed assertions that Bieber makes $4.5 million per month, and that she makes no money currently per month. But in another breath Yeater says that the child is better living with her, alone.
Mariah Yeater does not explain in her petition where she thinks the child should reside going forward. She currently lives with the child in San Diego County. But Yeater does acknowledge that the child should have “reasonable” visitation from the pop singer. But beyond, that is vague about the visitations.

Mariah Yeater’s attorneys told news this week that they believe their client’s demands are reasonable. Yet, they give no explanation why Yeater asserts that Bieber should have no custody of the child, but should only get reasonable visitation rights.
Yeater’s interest for the child are additionally in question following her thoughts about his name. Yeater is petitioning for a genetic test to determine paternity (DNA test). If that test concludes Bieber is the father, does Yeater want Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater to become “Tristyn Anthony Bieber”? No, she tells the court. She wants the child to be provided for by Bieber, but for not to have Bieber’s name.

Among Yeater’s monetary demands from Bieber are payment of the child’s health insurance (of which she has none), child support, legal fees for the paternity case, and legal costs for the case. Beyond insurance, Yeater has yet to detail the amount extensively.

Bieber says Yeater’s allegations are a work of fiction. He says the boy is not his, that he did not get Yeater pregnant, and that he had no opportunity to bed her backstage at Staples Center in a restroom following a 2010 concert. To make it even more clear, Bieber says that he has never met her before in his life. DNA testing could begin as early as next month in the case.
