Christian LaBella and Lindsay Lohan met each other inside 1 Oak Nightclub in Chelsea. Lohan told police that she invited LaBella back to her room inside the W Hotel. There LaBella, Lohan, and her friends lounged.

But a feud erupted after Lohan allegedly found pictures and videos of herself allegedly taken by LaBella inside his cellphone. She told police that she seized LaBella’s cellphone from him.

At that point, Lohan told police that LaBella allegedly assaulted her. She told investigators that she ran down the hotel’s staircase. But moments later, she allegedly returned back to the room and claimed that she was allegedly assaulted again. Lohan then pulled the W Hotel fire alarm.

LaBella was thereafter arrested and charged with assault and harassment. LaBella was held inside the 13th Precinct stationhouse.

But midday Sunday, police determined that Lohan’s claims of assault could not be substantiated. Lohan’s publicist quickly denounced the police. “We think it’s both distressing and outrageous. Lindsey was assaulted and there needs to be a consequence for that,” Lohan’s publicist Steve Honig told news last night.

LaBella has refused comment on the matter. But he has filed a harassment complaint against Lohan; she has done the same against him.

And what happened to the cellphone? The whereabouts of the phone and the purported new Lohan pictures remain unknown. LaBella’s Facebook account featured him alongside Paul Ryan, Herman Cain, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian.

Police disagree. Police have now dropped all assault charges against LaBella. Shimon Prokupecz, producer for WNBC, reports “Christian LaBella released by police after assault charges were dropped. Harassment (which is not crime) reports filed against him and Lohan”. He indicates that “sources say he [LaBella] also filed a harassment charge against Lohan.”

Christian LaBella is from Valley Village, California, reportedly. He has worked for Republican Congressman John Shimkus of Illinois. “While no one from Congressman Shimkus’ office has been contacted by Mr. LaBella following his arrest, he has been an employee in the Congressman’s Washington office,” his boss said in a news statement to the New York Daily News today. “Obviously, the Congressman does not condone his actions.”

Lohan met LaBella Saturday evening inside 1 Oak Nightclub in Chelsea, New York. Police claim that Lohan invited LaBella back to her hotel room. She then told police that, once inside her room, LaBella was hanging with her friends. She told police that she found pictures of herself taken by LaBella inside his telephone that evening. Lohan claimed that she seized LaBella’s phone during the dispute. She then claimed that LaBella assaulted her. LaBella was first charged with assault and harassment and held in custody. LaBella was released from the 13th Precinct stationhouse midday Sunday will all charges dropped.

When LaBella saw Lohan again, he allegedly “attacked her, choking her, throwing her to the ground, and climbing on top of her”, claims NBC. LaBella allegedly fled the room, and Lohan pulled the fire alarm. As LaBella tried to exit the building, he was arrested. UPDATE: All charges have been dropped. Click HERE for the latest.

This is the latest crash for Lohan in just weeks. In June, Lohan crashed another Porsche into a vehicle on Los Angeles’ Pacific Coast Highway.

Lohan, this time, is accused of driving a friend’s Porsche in New York and striking a pedestrian. Jose Rodriguez claimed leg injuries. He was transported to Bellevue Hospital and later released.

Lohan is currently on informal probation. Under terms of her probation, she is not ordered to appear in with any probation officer. “We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue,” Lohan’s publicist told news after the accident. He called the encounter “much ado about nothing.”

He accused Lohan of hitting him with a Porsche she was driving and the leaving the scene. Steve Honig’s publicist, however, called the allegations baseless. “[This is] much ado about nothing” he said in a news statement. “We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.”

He also told the New York Daily news that Lohan came up to him after she exited the Porsche and allegedly said to him “You have to get out of the way.” Officials confirm the entire encounter occurred outside the entrance to him Electric Room, a nightclub club inside The Dream Hotel.

Lohan had previously told news that she was done visiting nightclubs. A Los Angeles judge had told Lohan to stop going to nightclubs. Appearing before Judge Stephanie Sautner, Lohan said “I just want to say thank you for being fair. It’s really opened a lot of doors for me.” The judge replied “You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work.”
