Lindsay Lohan and E-Trade Baby!

Lindsay Lohan is suing over an E-Trade baby. Lindsay Lohan thinks the E-Trade baby Super Bowl commercial referencing a “Lindsay” or “Lindsey” is about her.
Introducing … a Lohan lawsuit for $100 million against the baby’s maker.
During the commercial, the baby talks about a girlfriend named Lindsey or Lindsay (depending on how you want to spell the spoken word).
Lohan’s lawyer is Stephanie Ovadia says “Lindsey” or “Lindsay” spoken means only Lindsay Lohan, like “Cher” or “Oprah”. She tells the New York Post:
“Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”
Everybody is talking about it? Are you talking about it?
Ovadia doesn’t explain the obvious - is the baby talking about Lindsey Vonn or Lindsay Lohan. The ad spot aired during a sport broadcast (Super Bowl) and weeks before the Winter Olympics.
