Access Hollywood broadcasted that Lohan recording in which Maria Menounos asked Lohan about Obama post election. Lohan throughout the election has blasted Sarah Palin and praised Obama on her myspace blog.

When Menounos asked Lohan about Obama, she said “It’s an amazing feeling. It’s our first, you know, colored president.”

Joe Francis and Samantha Ronson’s feud hits the Tyra Banks Show today. Feuding Joe Francis tells Tyra Banks that Samatha Ronson is a “wretched woman”.

Francis appears on Tyra today to speak about Lindsay Lohan and her older girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson.

Francis says Ronson is “very jealous.”

“Samantha tried to start a fight with me. I care about Lindsay - she’s not gay. She’s being controlled by this . . . wretched woman, this Samantha.”

Ronson tells press in response to Francis’ comments:

“I think he’s one of the more disgusting human beings in the world because of what he does . . . He’s a [bleep]bag.”

Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro are suing Lindsay Lohan! For what? Blake, Sutter, and Nigro have a new Lindsay Lohan lawsuit in court  over that Denali episode.

What Denali episode?

If you don’t remember, that’s the point of this story.

Lindsay Lohan was involved in a GMC Denali speeding event back in July, July of 2007 that is, that resulted in three youths doing video after video for TMZ exclaiming their rendition of the story. Back then, they weren’t so happy.

Now, a year later, and a few months, they are finally filing suit.

Why so long?

The lawsuit reportedly filed this week is against Lindsay Lohan …. and Does 1 to 100. (You have to love the 100 doe defendants on this one.)

And what are they seeking? Punitive damages, among others.

Lohan’s rep’s response : “absurd”.

Playground is Lindsay Lohan’s first single on her new album Spirit in the Dark. Playground from Lindsay Lohan drops as the first song on an R&B pop entry for Lohan.

LALATE broke to you Lindsay Lohan’s Spirit in the Dark album back in June. Now track listings, photos, singles, and more information are out from Spirit in the Dark.

Bossy was reportedly not the first single, but a pre-single. The first official single on Spirit is Playground, not Bossy, that drops on KIIS-FM October 25 and on iTunes October 28, 2008.

Strangely, in June LALATE reported that Ne-Yo was doing tracks for Spirit. Yet no Ne-Yo track news is currently out.

While reports may now indicate otherwise, LALATE first told you that tracks will include work from Pharrell Williams, Akon, StarGate, Bloodshy & Avant, J.R. Rotem, Snoop Dogg and Ne-Yo.

Lohan’s last album “A Little more Personal” didn’t perform well. The best charting single on it “Confessions of a Broken Heart” only got to 42.

Lesbian girlfriend Samantha Ronson reportedly doesn’t know that Lindsay Lohan is in constant contact with Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford.

She’s 22, he’s 23.

The two met several weeks ago and reportedly Lindsay has been calling him 4 times a day. Really? And Ronson reportedly doesn’t know?

“Everyone on the set of Gossip Girl has been teasing him mercilessly as Lindsay has been calling him three or four times a day and sending provocative text messages. Although she may just be having a laugh and not have any serious amorous intentions, everyone reckons Sam will go mad when she finds out.”

Robert Venero will fight Michael Lohan! Robert Venero will fight Michael Lohan for charity … and publicity for Lohan. Venero vs. Lohan charity fight will be November 24 at the Hilton Long Island.

Robert Venero is president and CEO of Future Tech Enterprise. He says: “I decided to throw my hat into the ring to see if I could take him on and take him down.

The organizer is reportedly Fight For Charity.

“Michael threw a punch then Bob threw one and the blows started coming faster and faster,” said Jeff Cohen, founder of Fight for Charity. “It started to ramp up. I told them that’s enough.”

(Of course, the better fight would be Linsday Lohan Samantha Ronson mud wrestling.)
