Hulk Hogan wins round one! Hulk Hogan won’t be going to jail over a failed payout on a Las Vegas condo. The condo for him and ex wife Linda Hogan was to be bought last May, claimed Linda.

“It should be obvious to everyone by now that Terry Bollea [Hulk Hogan] was never going to be held in contempt for challenging an irresponsible transaction,” the Hulk’s lawyer said yesterday. “Those who bought into the spin from Linda Bollea’s attorneys that this was even a remote possibility should think twice the next time they try to work them.”

Linda had wanted the Hulk to buy the condo and close escrow last May 30. He refused. The court found, in a THREE-PAGE RULING, that the condo did not have May 30’s deadline like Linda claimed.

Linda Hogan wants Hulk Hogan to be in jail TOO!

(Another hour, another Hogan drama.) A new court document just revealed indicates that Linda Hogan is asking a court to throw The Hulk into The Slammer for not giving up part of the $4.2 million sale money on a Las Vegas condo.

Reportedly, the condo was already in the process of being sold when the Hogan divorce got filed. Thereafer the court ruled The Hulk and The Linda put the sale money allegedly into the “community pot. Linda has put her share in but Hulk hasn’t.”

Where did his money go allegedly? Buy more orange bandanas for those Larry King appearances?
