Linda Hogan says she divorced Hulk Hogan after 24 years of marriage because in Hogan’s mind Christiane Plante had an affair with The Hulk.
“When Linda discovered Hulk had [an affair] with Brooke’s best friend, Christiane Plante, she made the decision to call it quits on the marriage,” Linda’s new publicist Gary Smith says in a written statement to E! News moments ago.
“Hulk Hogan is saying anything he can conjure up to make Linda look bad in the media. Hulk has even implied that the VH1 hit show, Hogan Knows Best, was the cause of split in his marriage. Almost every statement that comes out of Hulk’s mouth is a diversionary tactic to deflect attention away from the real reason Linda filed for divorce, two words: HULK’S CHEATING!”
Hulk Hogan has no comment to today’s statement.Plante is now 33 and worked in 2006 on then BFF Brooke Hogan’s album.
Back in February, LALATE reported exclusively that Plante also had another role for the Hogans. LALATE NEWS had exclusively uncovered that Plante even appears in the credits of Hogan’s VH-1 series. What credit did the VH-1 Hogan show give the alleged mistress? Ironically, ”Special Thanks” !

Plante has no comment today either. Back in February she stated:
“My relationship with Terry [Hulk Hogan] began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong.”
