Laura Wasser, Britney Spears’ former divorce attorney, has been rehired. Spears and Kevin Federline are in an LA Court this morning. Laura Wasser made an appearance with Spears in front of Commissioner Scott Gordon along with Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.But the real tragedy in all this?

Spears wore sandals to court! (That’s so ghetto. Almost as bad as wearing sandals in a club.)

Spears simply wore a white t shirt and matching white sandals to court. Someone needs to remind Britney she is in Court, not in Costa Rica.

What did Kevin Federline wear? A suit.

Britney Spears - looses Jeff Kwatinetz and Laura Wasser

Britney Spears has been dumped by her manager Jeff Kwatinetz of The Firm. Today, her lawyer Laura Wasser substituted out; other sites are reported the attorney “dumped” Spears, but Spears may just be preparing for a more vigorous fight against Federline with a new legal team.

Meantime, Gloria Allred’s “mystery witness”, Spears’ former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, turned out to be a lame duck; neither side in her custody case cared to hear from the man, nor the judge.
