In that story broke last night, there are allegations of conduct by the Lowes toward the nanny referencing a boyfriend at the time.

Moments ago TMZ writes that it believes Laura Boyce’s boyfriend at time could be Dale Davis.

No confirmation from Davis or Boyce or Allred if that is in fact true.

This time the nanny’s name is Laura Boyce. Boyce reportedly worked for Lowe’s family for seven months last year and is unhappy for how she allegedly was treated by Lowe’s wife, Sheryl Lowe.

The Lowes are being represented by Larry Stein, who calls the allegations as false. Boyce is being represented by Gloria Allred who says “The lawsuit speaks for itself.”
