Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann Wedding Produces Biggest Bravo Hit Since Shahs

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann pulled massive ratings numbers for their spinoff wedding series. Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann debuted in “Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding” with ratings so high that they eclipsed even the ratings hit Real Housewives of Orange County. The Tardy spinoff was so well watched that last week it became Bravo’s biggest hit since Shahs of Sunset. (And yet, there was still no answer who is Big Poppa on Real Housewives of Atlanta.)
“Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding” features Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann trying to plan their wedding. While the premise has been attempted before by Bravo, viewers found the RHOA spinoff fresh, unique, and definitely worth watching back to back episodes.
On Thursday, Bravo aired two episodes of the spinoff. The show pulled in 1.4 million total viewers and 691,000 adults 18-49 in its 9pm broadcast. Viewer loyalty, however, was proven when the second episode thereafter grew in ratings to 1.7 million total viewers and 865,000 adults 18-49.
