Kim Zolciak Co-Composer Disputes Her Tardy for the Party Credit: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – What exactly did Kim Zolciak compose for “Tardy for the Party”? Kim Zolciak’s is a credited co-composer on “Tardy for the Party”. But another co-composer on the song claims that Zolciak allegedly didn’t compose anything for the single. In an exclusive interview with LALATE, the song’s producer and co-composer/songwriter Blade aka The Anomaly tells LALATE that he doesn’t believe Kim Zolciak composed anything for “Tardy for the Party”, even though she ended up getting a credit for the song with ASCAP.

Music royalties are handled in the U.S. by ASCAP and BMI. Recently, LALATE spoke with Blade (real name Brandon Bowles) about the ASCAP listing for “Tardy for the Party”. LALATE asked “On the ASCAP listing for the song, it shows four songwriters/composers: Kim, Kandi [Burruss], Don Vito, and [you] Brandon Bowles. Explain why there were four composers on the song, and who did what?”

Blade tells LALATE exclusively “Well of course Kandi wrote the lyrics. I made the music. Don Vito was friends with Kandi and he and I had a working relationship at that time so he was somewhat of a middle man for the whole thing. To be honest, I’m not really sure what Kim [Zolciak] contributed as a composer/songwriter, if anything at all, but things work out that way sometimes. I know she definitely didn’t compose anything because that was what I brought to the table.” For more on how Blade composed the song, click HERE.

And while Blade disputes Kim’s composing credit, he also answered questions about Kim’s voice. LALATE asked Blade how much Kim’s vocals were enhanced. “Were Kim’s vocals enhanced, and if so, in which way?” He reveals “I don’t really think it’s any secret that there was some Auto-Tune going on there. … I mean, anyone who’s even remotely familiar with that signature Auto-Tune sound can hear it in the song. Even some of the best vocalists out there use it though.”

Blade appeared in the second season of RHOA working with Kandi Burruss on “Tardy for the Party”. He currently wrote and produced ten songs for this season of the “Kandi Factory”.

Elizabeth Seward, Kroy Biermann Texts Battle Kim Zolciak

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Elizabeth Seward and Kroy Biermann alleged text messages are battling Kim Zolciak. Elizabeth Seward claims she was Kroy Biermann’s girlfriend at the same time that Kroy met Kim Zolciak three years ago. But who is Elizabeth Seward, does she have a Facebook account, and why is she coming forward with the allegations just now?

Elizabeth Seward releases today alleged text messages from Kroy Biermann in July 2010. She writes “I’m so embarrassed. In front of my friends and may. How could you have not told me? I left a week ago. I trusted you.” She claims he texted her then “I don’t know what you want me to say. I f- up. I’m sorry.”

Elizabeth Seward wasn’t happy. She replied “I want a better answer than that. You honestly want to date this lady? You have feeling for her”?

The text messages continue roughly thirty minutes later. Kroy Biermann allegedly writes “well I’m clean”. Seward texts “Have you been tested since you slept with her?”

From there the exchange gets more heated. Kroy Biermann allegedly answers “look I’m clean. I’m sure. Do what you need to do though?” Seward then asserts texting “Is she clean”. He allegedly replies “yes, I’m clean.” Elizabeth Seward then writes “This is disgusting. You kissed me goodbye a week ago and told me you loved me.” Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak have yet to comment about the story published today inside In Touch Magazine.

Kim Zolciak Tardy for the Party Was Never Finished, Details Blade: EXCLUSIVE

Kim Zolciak Tardy for the Party Was Never Finished, Details Blade: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Kim Zolciak’s “Tardy for the Party” was never finished, reveals the song’s co-creator, producer and composer/songwriter. Blade aka The Anomaly, in a stunning exclusive with LALATE, reveals to Real Housewives of Atlanta the ultimate secret today. “Tardy for the Party” is allegedly a skeleton, roughly unfinished track that was never intended to be released this way and that was rushed to market by certain “politics”. If Kim Zolciak’s “Tardy for the Party” has always sounded a bit peculiar to some music industry ears, there is a reason why, reveals the man who co-created the song. Blade says that certain “politics” were responsible for pushing out to RHOA fans an unfinished track.

Blade appeared in the second season of RHOA working with Kandi Burruss on “Tardy for the Party”. As one of the most accomplished new music producers on the scene today, Blade has countless top credits including Cherish feat. Young Joc – “Killa”, Nelly feat. Diddy “1000 Stacks”, Ciara “Ciara to the Stage” , and Yo Gotti “Make It Look Easy”. He currently wrote and produced ten songs for the current season of the “Kandi Factory”.

In discussing “Tardy”, Blade tells LALATE exclusively “I was the creative mind behind all the music for the song. I took Kandi’s rough draft idea that she sent via voicemail and created an entire track around it.” In a new YouTube video, Blade reveals that basically he took Kandi’s song recorded via a voicemail, and created an entire song around it.

But recently, Blade released a YouTube in which he reveals something that RHOA fans never knew. Tardy for the Party was never finished. He states in part “it is not a finished track. I never finished the track… it was supposed to be a .. skeleton. Once they recorded it, I thought I would be able to go back in and add around the song. But because of many things, politics, schedule, TV, once it was recorded, it was put out as is. I never intended it come out as it is.”

LALATE asked Blade today “Can you tell us more specifically why was the track not finished? And you state ‘politics’ was one reason, can you explain more? Did Kim want to push it out unfinished, but you and Kandi’s team were explaining it wasn’t ready?”

Blade tells LALATE today “Hmm. How do I say this? Sometimes you have people whose agenda is just to get something out there or be seen so they’re not as concerned with quality control or musical integrity. Then when you take all of that and add in the whole television aspect it just made it that much more complicated. I think some people just looked at the situation simply as something to do for TV.” Blade doesn’t mention names, but it is clear what he is suggesting.

Kim Zolciak Returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta Next Season? EXCLUSIVE

Kim Zolciak Returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta Next Season? EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Is Kim Zolciak returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta for another season? Kim Zolciak told news in December 2012 that she left RHOA. Kim’s last work for RHOA was filming its reunion in March 2013. But now, four months after telling news that she left the RHOA series, and one month after she finishing filming the RHOA reunion, Zolciak is now telling a Court that she is still part of the Real Housewives of Atlanta. So is Kim returning to RHOA?

This week, Kim’s attorney assured a Court that she is still part of RHOA, LALATE can exclusively report. “In fact, Plaintiffs Burruss … as well as Defendant Zolciak-Biermann are all participants on the Real Housewives television show and Burruss and Richards were participants of the show at all the relevant times at issue.”

The “relevant time at issue” is the key statement. Kim tells the Court that she and Kandi have a contract with Bravo’s production company, True, which prevents RHOA cast members from suing one other. Roughly thirty percent of Kim’s brief asserts that her Talent Agreement with Bravo’s production company allegedly protects her from being sued by another RHOA housewife.

The argument is perplexing and overly vague. Kim is asserting that her contract protects her from being sued by fellow housewife Kandi for a matter that occurred on RHOA. No where in Kim’s papers does she tell the Court that she is no longer a part of RHOA, that her services to RHOA have ended. Rather, she indicates that she is a member of the cast without adjective qualifiers of “current” or “past”. So what is going on here? Is she still part of the show or not?

One possibility is that Kim is trying to evoke the safeguards of the contract, as if she still on RHOA. Another is that the contract protection of not being sued by a fellow housewife might remain even after a cast member leaves the show. And another could simply be that Kim is still a part of RHOA and that the safeguards protect her from being sued.

As previously reported on LALATE, Kim makes the unusual move of putting into public record, not only Kandi’s home address but also large excerpts of her believed confidential employment agreement with Bravo’s production company. Viewers can read passages of Kim’s  Bravo employment contract in her brief , even though she puts the document by attachment under seal (hidden) from public record.

Kim Zolciak Publishes Kandi Burruss Home to the Public: EXCLUSIVE

Kim Zolciak Publishes Kandi Burruss Home to the Public: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Kandi Burruss on Monday found out that her personal check, and her mom’s home address, was put into a public Court record by none other than Kim Zolciak, LALATE can exclusively report. Kandi Burruss detailed on RHOA Kim’s comments about her new home. But on Monday, Kim published the address of Kandi’s old home.

Yesterday, Kim filed her motion to dismiss Kandi Burruss’ lawsuit against her. But in one of the exhibits, Kim Zolciak puts into public record a personal check written by Kandi. The check holder is Kandi and her mother Joyce Jones. While the account is redacted, the home address is not.

Kim could have redacted Mama Jones’ address but didn’t. So why did Kim publish the address to the public? This season, Kandi told news that she didn’t like Kim’s comment about her new house, the one she bought with Todd. Kandi told news “Well now that I got them out of the way, let me get to myself and Kim, because I got a million tweets about this tonight. When Kim came by the house with Sweetie, I was offended by some of the things she and Sweetie said.” She added “im said Sweetie told her she needed to lock her doors when she got off of my exit, because I lived in the hood. I was very irritated by that, because I was thinking, “Where the f— do you live, Sweetie?” There were even more things said that rubbed me the wrong way as well…”

Kandi also told news “At one point I found myself defending my side of town and said, “There are a lot of wealthy people that live in this area,” and Sweetie said, “Like dr–g dealers.” I wasn’t feeling it at all. Sweetie explained that she grew up on the north side of town, and she said that she heard my side of town was dangerous. “

In Monday’s motion, Kim accuses Kandi of filing the lawsuit to get news coverage. Ironically, Kim, to meet her filing due date, moves to dismiss the case twenty-four hours before the debut of her own spinoff. Kim states “This Court should not be used as a vehicle to garner media attention for Plaintiff Burruss”.

Kim Zolciak Reveals Big Bravo RHOA Housewives Secret: EXCLUSIVE

Kim Zolciak Reveals Big Bravo RHOA Housewives Secret: EXCLUSIVE

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Kim Zolciak has exposed a major Bravo RHOA secret in public documents filed Monday. Kim Zolciak debuts on “Tardy for the Party” tonight on Bravo. But it remains unclear what Bravo thinks of Kim putting into public record passages of her RHOA employment contract with Bravo’s production company. In doing so, Kim exposed a secret provision protecting the Housewives of Atlanta. What is Bravo RHOA Housewives secret?

On Monday, Kim Zolciak filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit brought against her by Kandi Burruss. At the time the case was filed, Kim was still taping RHOA’s reunion.

LALATE can exclusively report that, in filing her motion to dismiss, Kim Zolciak puts under seal into the Court her employment contract with RHOA’s production company, True Entertainment. While the contract presumably has a confidentiality provision, Kim Zolciak’s attorney puts the employment contract into Court under seal (hidden), preventing the document from being viewed by the public.

But the trouble erupts thereafter. Zolciak, while trying to hide the contract from the public, cites in her moving papers to the Court large excerpts of her contract. In doing so it, Kim exposes a Bravo RHOA secret between the housewives.

The Bravo secret is exposed by Kim on page 14 of her papers, starting at footnote 3. Her attorney claims that “In order to appear as a character on Real Housewives of Atlanta, each participant must enter into a Talent Agreement. The Talent Agreement sets forth compensation, exclusivity, term and certain other restrictions including and agreement not to sue fellow cast participants regarding matters that occurred on the show.”

Kim asserts that “Plaintiff [Kandi Burruss is prohibited] from filing suit against Real Housewives show participant Zolciak-Biermann.” And while Kim hides the Talent Agreement from public viewing, she exposes to the public the secret Bravo provision that allegedly no RHOA Housewife can sue another RHOA Housewife.

Kim cites Bravo’s True employment agreement, at paragraph 13 states, requiring the following. “Artist … releases each of the Release Parties from an all claims … arising out of or resulting from, or by reason of Artist’s participation in connection with the Series… Artist also agrees not to sue or institute any other legal proceeding against any of the released Parties based on any of the Released Claims hereunder. As used above, the term ‘Released parties’ shall mean and refer to Producer, the network all television stations… the other participants in the Series”.

Kim’s choice to disclose to the public potentially a confidential provision of her employment agreement, and presumably the same employment agreement used all other RHOA Housewives, may not set well with Bravo executives. This is not all that Kim puts into public record in her motion. For that story about Kandi, click HERE.
