In January, Spears’ legal fight took a nose dive as she was sadly hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation. But since then, improvements of Spears appeared to be substantial.

Spears currently has visitation two days a week, one overnight day, and is said to be house hunting in the Valley of Los Angeles closer to Federline.
