LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Wedding invitations for Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have not been sent to the printers. Are Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough engaged? No, says Seacrest’s reps, disputing a news report this week that the couple recently got engaged overseas and set to wed.

A Enquirer report this week claims that the couple recently tied the knot in Paris.“The ‘American Idol’ host surprised the ‘Burlesque’ star with a proposal during a recent vacation to Paris… and he’s even cutting back his workload to a start a family!”

Not true, says Seacrest’s reps. While he and Julianne are still in love, Seacrest has not cut back his workload.

Seacrest and Clear Channel this week announced a new three year deal worth $60 million. As previously reported on LALATE, Seacrest will increase his media businesses under the new deal. His afternoon syndicated program will grow from three to four hours. Seacrest will also create new radio content that will air both live, through radio syndication, and online

Ryan Seacrest seems to get one dating rumor per year. Unfortunately, or fortunately, none of the rumors seem to last more than 24 hours. They usually start with a picture, then a report, and then it’s all dead.

The lastest report is the New York Post (no picture included this time). The report refers to her as the “beauty” and him as just “Ryan”.

Insert of course the typical response from a publicist and you have the story complete; a rep for Hough tells the paper that “we” don’t comment on our client’s personal lives. And as Post notes, in the same breath, the rep reminded us that Hough has a new album out this fall.

Julianne Hough who is dating Chuck Wicks is leaving Dancing with the Stars. Chuck Wicks’ girlfriend Julianne Hough made the revelation today to Ryan Seacrest.

“I’m not gonna be back next season. I really, really want to focus on the music and, ya know, be taken seriously a little bit. And I think it’s hard to be on [Dancing] and be singing.”

Her new album is out at Target for Christmas. Earlier this week, she and Cody Linley were eliminated from the competition.

And about Chuck Wicks? Seacrest asked her “Are you in love”.

Julianne’s response: “Yeah, I am”.

She says Brad Paisley and staff helped set them up.

Julianne Hough gave a blog post about today’s surgery to her Dancing with the Stars fans. Hospitalized Julianne Hough blogs about her surgery recovery time and Dancing With The Stars return.

Julianne blogged today on her Fancast.com blog:

“They say its three or four days of recovery. I’m thinking more like a week. Then I’ll be able to work with Cody. But I won’t be dancing for two weeks.

“They want to clean out the cysts and take out my appendix, too, because later on it can be affected by the cysts. Endometriosis is a common thing for women.

“They’re doing it laparoscopically through my belly button so I won’t have a scar. My mom had it done a few years ago and she doesn’t have a scar. With my mom and my sister having endometriosis, you can see genetics plays a big part. I guess my brother Derek is the only sibling in the family who doesn’t have to worry about having his ovaries checked.”

Hough has been hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Medical Center since last week.
