William Balfour did not go free and will remain in Jail! William Balfour will remain in jail, said his Parole Board moments ago. Balfour’s jail custody continues, still not charged with any crime in the triple homicide of Jennifer and Julia Hudson’s family members.

His next hearing is December 3.

Reports had claimed over the weekend a confession by Balfour to his “girlfriend”, unconfirmed. Today also unconfirmed reports that a former girlfriend saw him with a weapon similar to that which took the lives of the Hudson family.

VIDEO. Here is video of the Hudson Family Funeral. In the below video, Jennifer and Julian Hudson’s family lay to rest Darnell Hudson Donerson, Jason Hudson, and Julian King. The funeral was held today for members of family only at Apostolic Church of God in Chicago.

As of today, no murderer has been charged in the triple homicide shooting of Donerson, Hudson, or King. If you have been staying with LALATE NEWS, you will know the latest developments is that Julian King was alive when taken from the Hudson residence and shot thereafter. A gun found near the parked SUV where King’s body was later found has been identified as the same gun used to take the life of Donerson and Hudson.

Diana DeGarmo has offered her love for fellow American Idol Jennifer Hudson. Diana DeGarmo offered support for Jennifer Hudson as among those celebrities talking about the Hudson family murders.

Sarah Jessica Parker says “My heart goes out to her and her family in their time of anguish and grief.”

From Idol contestants, LaToya London: “My heart, my prayers and love go out to Jennifer and her family. I will constantly keep them in my prayers. Jennifer, stay strong.”

Camile Velasco says she knew Hudson’s mother:

“She was a great lady, real sweet and a great supporter of Jennifer’s who was happy and glad for her daughter’s success. Jennifer has great faith in God and is loved by so many so I hope that will get her through this ordeal. She has my love and support and I am here for her if she needs me.”

Diana Garmo explained the following:

“I was completely shocked and stunned when I heard about this tragedy. I know how important Jennifer’s mother and brother were to her, especially because her father was never in the picture. They were so nice and so pleasant. Jennifer always spoke about her mom, how close they were and how much of a ‘big sister’ role her mom played in her life.”

DeGarmo also spoke with Nancy Grace about the murders:

“I know how close she was to her mother. She talked about her mother very often. Even when we were on the show, when we were on tour, she always talked about her, because I had just my mother and it kind of reminded her of herself, with her mother. I can only imagine what she’s going through utter, utter heartbreak.”

Some celebrities in turn have chosen not to speak about the tragedy. Reps for Beyoncé and Fantasia have told MTV News “that they have chosen not to comment publicly on the tragedy in order to respect Hudson’s privacy” reports the network.

The Hudson Family will have a public memorial. A public memorial for the Hudson Family will be before the funeral for Jason and Darnell Hudson and Julian King.

The public memorial’s details are being announced later today, Friday. But initial confirmed reports from Chicago press reveal the following details.

1. The memorial will be Sunday.
2. It will be public.
3. It will be attended by members of the Hudson / King Family.
4. It will not be attended by Julia and Jennifer Hudson.

The Hudson murderer’s gun has been linked! The found gun has just been confirmed LINKED to the Hudson murders by police testing. The gun used to kill Hudson Donerson, Jason Hudson, and Julian King has been confirmed as the gun found near the parked SUV where Julian King’s body was found, reports Chicago Sun Times.

On Thursday, AP reported that that a gun was found in a vacant lot around the corner from the SUV’s parked location. The report said the gun was sent to Illinois State Police for testing and could take time. Now today Chicago Sun Times says its confirmed linked to the crimes but that Illinois State Police are trying to confirm if the weapon was fired by William Balfour.

“Police are still investigating whether the gun was linked to William Balfour, the estranged husband of Hudson’s sister Julia Hudson, sources said. The gun had been sent to the Illinois State Police lab for testing.”

Yesterday,  AP said police are comparing the gun with the shells recovered in the Hudson home, with no confirmation of any shell recovery from inside or near the SUV. Yet today the Chicago Sun Times says the weapon has been linked also to Julian King’s shooting without any mention of shell recoveries.

As reported yesterday from AP, police believe Julian King was alive at the house after the killing of Darnell and Jason. A taking of Julian from the home to the SUV, coupled with murder, could place a defendant with charges of premeditation for King’s death.

Julian King, Jennifer Hudson’s nephew, was shot in the SUV say a police official. Julia Hudson’s son Julian King being shot in the SUV Suburban will change the murder case dramatically if true.

LALATE has the latest news just in.

Chicago area detectives now believe that Julian King was ALIVE in the Hudson home after the shooting of Darnell Hudson Donerson and Jason Hudson.

A police official off record tells AP late tonight that Julian King was hence taken from the Hudson home alive and then, quoting AP, “probably shot in the sport-utility vehicle where his body was later found”.

This is a dramatic turn of events, if true: premeditation.

Until now, legal analysts had believed that the triple homicide killing in the Hudson home might only be charged as non premeditated murder. But of 7 year old King, if the charge is coupled with a kidnapping, the defendant could face premeditation charges for King’s death.

Officials say the time of the killing in the SUV can still not yet be determined. Of note: this is not an official police statement, but an official speaking off record to AP . “Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said she could not comment about the official’s statements.”

Also today, a gun was found in a vacant lot around the corner from the SUV’s parked location. It has been sent to Illinois State Police for testing. They are comparing the gun with the shells recovered in the Hudson home. No confirmation of shell recovery from the SUV.
