LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Sonja Morgan’s ex-husband, John Adams Morgan (photos below), is already prompting RHONY reunion debate. While Bravo doesn’t mention Sonja Morgan’s ex-husband by name, his dispute with Sonja will light up tonight’s reunion, part one, telecast.

Sonja has previously told news that LuAnn has helped her with motivation through her struggles with John. LuAnn, however, is not the only divorcee in the cast. LuAnn tells news that she wishes the rest of the women would get along better. “It would be nice if the girls could resolve all their issues but this isn’t the case thus far. Ramona and Aviva can’t get past their differences and even though they’ve argued it out, neither is willing to back down.”

Sonja is still working on her brand, she tells news. But she keeps on comparing her efforts to those by Bethenny Frankel. Sonja details how she wanted a product signature, like Bethenny, and a product girl, like Bethenny. She said “I had told Heather that I had met with someone from Martha Stewart who suggested I go with just the signature, which I did on the toaster and I commented that Bethenny used her signature as well. So that was an option.” The 2012 RHONY reunion telecast starts tonight on Bravo.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Sonja Morgan’s ex-husband, John Adams Morgan (photos below), dominates the RHONY storyline this week. Sonja Morgan rarely if ever refers to her ex-husband by name. But John Adams Morgan is descended from John Pierpoint Morgan and John Adams. Last night, Sonja opened up about her ex-husband to news, spoke more about her bankruptcy, and discussed that money judgment.

First, Sonja explains to news which type of bankruptcy she pursued. “I filed the Chapter 11 to restructure my assets to satisfy my movie business judgment and to move on with what’s left after hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, in all cases being paid by myself”.

In November 2010, LALATE first detailed the bankruptcy. Morgan sought bankruptcy claiming $13.5 million in assets at $19.8 million in debts. She cited money troubles from a $7 million court judgment. She lost a case brought against her Sonja Productions in California. The suit, filed by Hannibal Pictures, was concerning the film “Fast Flash to Bang Time”. The film was to star John Travolta. It was never made.

Sonja tells news that John Adams was a large part of her life. “We were married 10 years and knew each other for seven years before. It’s a large chunk of my existence! As the woman who loved her man dearly, I think I deserve that respect as the mother of such an amazing little girl. I was a good mom and wife. “

Sonja says she had hoped for closure with her ex. But last night she didn’t get it. “I was so angry because I wanted closure with my ex above all else and was willing to give up a lot in my settlement financially to keep my daughter in her childhood home.” She also told news “When I didn’t get my face-to-face with him, and a fair way to do that (not even close, according to my lawyers), I was angry. It’s been so long that I have been working and supporting so much on my own beyond what child support can do. My assets and cash are tied up in this divorce and I want what is rightfully mine, and to be independent again so I can move on.”
