But how about the corner picture? That over the top picture of sister Jessica Simpson appearing to have the time of her life with Cowboys player Tony Romo?

Right after the wedding occurred, other magazines reported that Romo and Simpson were not together during the wedding until a dance at the very end. Magazines have been debating back and forth this week whether the two are together (for show) or in reality?

Meantime, Ashleee Simpson and Wentz told an L.A. radio station that they did sign a prenup and won’t be going on a honeymoon, at least not yet.

Ironically, online trackers show that unlike the wedding of fellow popsinger Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, the wedding of Simpson and (lesser known) Wentz has not drawn the type of online attention as many would have expected, especially in a which with major tv events including the conclusions of Dancing with the Stars, and American Idol.

Reports suggest that dad Joe Simpson’s go-to-media outlet for the Tony Jessica story has been People who is reporting that the two were “Kissing and holding hands throughout the night” at sister Ashlee Simpson’s wedding.

Yeah right.

In fact, other new sources are calling the People story false today.

E! says the two barely interacted the whole night except some dancing at the end.

Now US Weekly is reporting she is jetting off to Mexico alone.

So do you think Tony and Jess have already split and this was just fake publicity?

Since then every news site had confirmed she was pregnant, but Simpson refused to comment.

Yesterday PEOPLE magazine referred to the pregnancy in their exclusive on the wedding.

Online chatter claims dad Joe Simpson has sold the rights to Simpson’s wedding pictures to People Magazine for six figures. No confirmation yet.

If that’s true, expect it to hit newsstands next week with online previews ahead of time.

Initial reports last week had said that the two would be married in an elaborate wedding outside of Los Angeles with shuttles escorting people from Los Angeles to that locale.

Not the case today.

The Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz wedding was described as intimate affair with merely 150 guests.

And to make it more unusual, the wedding ceremony was performed by her father, dad Joe Simpson. The ring-bearer? Wentz’s English bulldog, Hemingway.

In attendance was Tony Romo, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, Donald Faison and CaCee Cobb.

Congrats to the two.

Earlier in the week, Romo was spotted with another girl, profiled here on LALATE NEWS, getting friendly. That threw papers into a tail spin saying that Romo and Simpson had split.

Of course, if you don’t recall, Simspon lawyers had shot off a letter to one magazine several months ago over an article about a then split it called false.

Later this week Romo and Simpson were being perceived as split, with yet very little chatter about the lesser known Pete Wentz and his plan to wed sister Ashlee this wekend.

And then suddenly, as LALATE broke to you Friday, Simpson and Romo were spotted TOGETHER again!

Crazy.

Reports today now are claiming that Simpson and Romo may not be back together but that Joe Simpson had urged Romo to appear at the wedding.

A wedding rehearsal was held this weekend at Jessica’s Beverly Hills mansion (profiled here last winter).

So what to expect?

Expect to see photographs of Tony and Jessica snapped at the wedding.

After the wedding with Romo and Simpson still be together?

It’s anyone’s guess.
