Page Six claims last night Nicole, Jenner and Francis got into a heated argument outside MyHouse. MyHouse was first profiled on LALATE - the new replacement for the former Garden of Eden.

Claims Page Six:

“Brody was with his girl friend [Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole] when Joe came over. He accidentally bumped into Jayde, prompting Brody and his posse to get heated at Joe”

Francis reportedly told Page Six :

“There was no physical contact, but if you’re Brody Jenner and dating an ugly piece of trash . . . you should expect these types of altercations.”

Jenner says he and Nicole like to stay home and bake cookies. Jenner says he’s in love. That’s good. LALATE is more in love with the much prettier Cora Skinner.

Joe Francis back to jail? Prosecutors want Joe Francis’ bail revoked in the tax evasion case and sent to JAIL! The revoking of bail request against Francis will be before the judge tomorrow, Wednesday, inside a Los Angeles court room.

Francis is out on house arrest .. until Wednesday. But a newly filed brief for the hearing tomorrow claims Francis exhibited a “complete lack of respect” to the Court.

At issue, what Francis said to press after his release on house arrest. Says
reports:

“The prosecutors argue that Francis mischaracterized the court’s action and downplayed his role in missing the hearing by issuing a statement after his release.Francis’ statement said he missed the hearing because he was ill and his brief incarceration resulted from a “miscommunication.”

The showdown is tomorrow.

Joe Francis Arrest Warrant! An arrest warrant is out against Joe Francis in that tax evasion case. Joe Francis’ arrest warrant in a $20 million tax evasion case was issued today after Joe failed to show up to a scheduled hearing at a Los Angeles court.

Judge James Otero issued the warrant Monday from the bench. No comment by Francis yet.

Says reports: “Francis has pleaded not guilty to two counts of federal tax evasion. He is accused of claiming more than $20 million in bogus business expenses on his corporate tax returns, including $3.8 million for a home in Mexico and $10.4 million in phony consulting services.”

Francis was last notably spotted, as reported on LALATE, at Sundance with Kim Zolciak of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

No word if the house in question is the famed Casa Aramara revealed on LALATE last year.

Reports claim Kim Zolciak recently split from Big Papa is now a “couple” with Joe Francis. So what would that union be called … “Real Housewives Gone Wild”?

Fox reports it “has been told that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” starlet Kim Zolciak has just started dating “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis. The two were spotted getting particularly cozy in Park City over the weekend and even shared the same house at the film festival”.

Francis tells TMZ:

“Congress seems willing to help shore up our nation’s most important businesses; we feel we deserve the same consideration.”

There is something wrong about Francis using the words “shore up” to describe his industry. Larry Flynt was also interviewed.

The relatively friendly Francis, who is visible on the late night scene if you hang here in Los Angeles, appeared on The Tyra Banks show in late 2008 to explain his real ordeal.

Joe Francis and Samantha Ronson’s feud hits the Tyra Banks Show today. Feuding Joe Francis tells Tyra Banks that Samatha Ronson is a “wretched woman”.

Francis appears on Tyra today to speak about Lindsay Lohan and her older girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson.

Francis says Ronson is “very jealous.”

“Samantha tried to start a fight with me. I care about Lindsay - she’s not gay. She’s being controlled by this . . . wretched woman, this Samantha.”

Ronson tells press in response to Francis’ comments:

“I think he’s one of the more disgusting human beings in the world because of what he does . . . He’s a [bleep]bag.”

Amber Arpaio is suing Ashley Alexandra Dupre. The newly filed Amber Arpaio lawsuit against Ashley Dupre and Joe Francis claims Arpaio’s drivers license appears on camera held by Dupre in March 2003.

The suit asserts that Arpaio, from New Jersey, had her drivers license stolen, that it came into the possession of then 17 year old Ashley Alexandra Dupre, and that Dupre displays it to the cameras during that now infamous recording of “Girls Gone Wild” video in 2003.
