Amber Arpaio is suing Ashley Alexandra Dupre. The newly filed Amber Arpaio lawsuit against Ashley Dupre and Joe Francis claims Arpaio’s drivers license appears on camera held by Dupre in March 2003.

The suit asserts that Arpaio, from New Jersey, had her drivers license stolen, that it came into the possession of then 17 year old Ashley Alexandra Dupre, and that Dupre displays it to the cameras during that now infamous recording of “Girls Gone Wild” video in 2003.

And if you are wondering, the Arpaio drivers license would have made Dupre appear to be 21, not 17, during that recording.

As reported by TSG, the suit is against both Joe Francis personally and his company Mantra Films.

While everyone including “Girls Gone Wild” had been making offers to Dupre all this week to join their publication, Francis during a Tuesday morning staff meeting had the revelation of a lifetime …

There Ashley was found in GGW’s archives going wild at age 18…. oh, and not for a thirty second clip. Rather for 7 days of footage, and in same sex encounters, explains AP News moments ago.

Francis had been offering Dupre a million dollars all week. Now, she had saved him the money .. and he had footage of her at age 18.

Says Francis to Associated Press tonight, “It’ll save me a million bucks. It’s kind of like finding a winning lottery ticket in the cushions of your couch.”

Joe Francis is already making his move on Spitzer’s former girl.

Joe Francis’ Girls Gone Wild company has reportedly offered Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the ex call girl to New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, a $1 million deal.

YIKES!Oh, but it gets better than that.

She doesn’t have to pose nude!

Then what’s the point????

The deal encompasses a photo spread and tour.

“Her face is on the cover of every newspaper in the country,” Francis said in a statement. “It’s clear that the public wants to see more of her. This is a serious offer and I hope she gets back to me right away.”

The offer will include a tell-all in print and dvd.

Big congrats to Joe Francis!Joe is back home in LA after resolving (quickly!) his Florida matter.

Lets recap this to you. Francis had been in jail (seemingly forever) in Nevada facing a federal tax case. Finally just days ago he was released on bail to face a case in Florida regarding alleged taping of an underaged girl. The Florida case sounded like garbage because the tape was done reportedly by a separate agent and never even released by GGW.

Now moments ago Francis reportedly has agreed to a plea deal to set him free.

He is expected to arrive in LA in just moments.

“TMZ has learned that Francis has plead no contest to the charges of filming underage girls, and has been sentenced to time served.”

And even better … Florida has returned him his new Ferrari and $60,000 that they took from him last year.

I’ve met girls that have hung out with Joe and said he one of the coolest guys ever. Huge congrats to Joe!

He now still faces the federal tax case out of Nevada.

Jail Release Denied by Reno Judge

Judge gone wild. A judge in Reno has rejected a motion to release “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis without fear of being sent to Florida, where he faces charges for filming underage girls.

U.S. District Judge Brian Sandoval in a ruling yesterday released today said Francis will remain in Reno facing a trial on tax evasion charges.

Francis, 34, has sat in jail for about one year in a fight between feds in Nevada and state prosecutors in Florida.

Just let the man out on bail and face his charges.

I’ve met girls who’ve hung out with Joe (just as friends) several times and describe him to me as a great, charitable guy. If he did something wrong in these two cases, release him on bail and let him face his charges.
