LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – PHOTOS. Christina McLarty (pictures below) is marrying Joe Francis. Christina McLarty is with CBS2 KCAL-9 Los Angeles. McLarty has been with the channel since 2007.

McLarty came to Los Angeles following a previous position with CBS 11 Dallas / Forth Wroth. There she served both on air in a producing capactiy covering both entertainment and sports.

“Previously she served as a lifestyle correspondent for CBS 11 News in Dallas/Fort Worth, covering arts, fashion, food, entertainment and culture. In addition to her CBS 11 News responsibilities, Christina McLarty was the executive producer and host of TXA 21’s “Buzzed into DFW” segments, which air weekdays during “The Daily Buzz.”

“Christina also hosted “Time Out with Coach Johnson,” a show centered around the Dallas Mavericks. Christina often traveled with the team, providing a behind the scenes glimpse into life on the road with the NBA.”

McLarty is from Arkansas. She worked in KATV Little Rock before her Texas transfer. She is a graduate of NYU, former intern for MTV, E! and Hilary Clinton. She also served on one of LALATE’s favorite shows, Fashion File, formerly on E!

Her favorite sports team is “Well….like the Phili Eagles and Dallas Mavericks but I am open to California teams!?”, she lists her dream interview as Bono, she’s 5′8”, and yes she’s a Taurus.

In March, Page Six claimed Nicole, Jenner and Francis allegedly got into a heated argument outside Hollywood nightclub MyHouse. Claimed Page Six:

“Brody was with his girl friend [Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole] when Joe came over. He accidentally bumped into Jayde, prompting Brody and his posse to get heated at Joe”

Francis called Nicole’s claims untrue, responding:

“There was no physical contact, but if you’re Brody Jenner and dating an ugly piece of trash . . . you should expect these types of altercations.”

Jenner says he and Nicole like to stay home and bake cookies. Jenner says he’s in love. But last night, Jenner and Nicole didn’t stay home and bake cookies. Instead, new month, new nightclub, another Joe Francis encounter, and similar allegations.

This time it’s west of MyHouse, at Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood. Brody Twitters his allegations today:

“Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of …. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”

No comment by Francis. While clearly there was no Bromance between Francis and Jenner last night, reports claim Drinks went Wild on Francis’ shirt. When Joe exited the club, no shirt was worn.

For LALATE readers that have a very good memory, it was Kim Kardashian ironically who wore a “Judge Gone Wild” shirt to support Joe Francis’ release from jail in 2008.

Page Six claims last night Nicole, Jenner and Francis got into a heated argument outside MyHouse. MyHouse was first profiled on LALATE – the new replacement for the former Garden of Eden.

Claims Page Six:

Francis reportedly told Page Six :

Joe Francis back to jail? Prosecutors want Joe Francis’ bail revoked in the tax evasion case and sent to JAIL! The revoking of bail request against Francis will be before the judge tomorrow, Wednesday, inside a Los Angeles court room.

Francis is out on house arrest .. until Wednesday. But a newly filed brief for the hearing tomorrow claims Francis exhibited a “complete lack of respect” to the Court.

At issue, what Francis said to press after his release on house arrest. Says
reports:

“The prosecutors argue that Francis mischaracterized the court’s action and downplayed his role in missing the hearing by issuing a statement after his release.Francis’ statement said he missed the hearing because he was ill and his brief incarceration resulted from a “miscommunication.”

The showdown is tomorrow.

Joe Francis Arrest Warrant! An arrest warrant is out against Joe Francis in that tax evasion case. Joe Francis’ arrest warrant in a $20 million tax evasion case was issued today after Joe failed to show up to a scheduled hearing at a Los Angeles court.

Judge James Otero issued the warrant Monday from the bench. No comment by Francis yet.

Says reports: “Francis has pleaded not guilty to two counts of federal tax evasion. He is accused of claiming more than $20 million in bogus business expenses on his corporate tax returns, including $3.8 million for a home in Mexico and $10.4 million in phony consulting services.”

Francis was last notably spotted, as reported on LALATE, at Sundance with Kim Zolciak of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

No word if the house in question is the famed Casa Aramara revealed on LALATE last year.
