LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana are engaged, just weeks after Courtney Robertson’s reported engagement to Ben Flajnik. Jesse Metcalfe (DALLAS) reveals he is engaged to Cara Santana. Courtney Robertson is also reportedly engaged to Ben Flajnik (The Bachelor), online spoilers have claimed.
Jesse Metcalfe and Courtney Robertson previously hit the red carpet at the 2005 Emmy Awards. Since their split, Robertson has gone on to join The Bachelor 2012 while Metcalfe has moved to Dallas. Now Metcalfe confirms to news that he and Cara are engaged. No wedding date has been announced. US Magazine claims that Metcalfe and Santana have been together for at least four to five years.
Best known for his Desperate Housewives role, Jesse will next play the highly anticipated part of Christopher Ewing in the 2012 TNT return of DALLAS. Jesse will appear opposite Julie Gonzalo, Josh Henderson, and Jordana Brewster playing the parts of Rebecca Sutter, John Ross Ewing IIII, and Elena Ramos, respectively. Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy, and Linda Gray are also returning.

Jesse also appeared opposite Josh on Desperate Housewives. Jordana Brewster is best known for Fast and Furious. Back in 2011, Metcalfe was inked to lead NBC’s new drama Chase. But that project was tabled indefinitely allowing Metcalfe to join DALLAS.
TNT has yet to confirm to news how many episodes of DALLAS have been purchased for the first season from Warner Horizon Television. Fans have questioned why the series, in production since 2011, is taking so long to get to air.

In related news, online spoilers claim that Courtney and Ben are also engaged. Courtney, who is purported to be the 2012 winner of The Bachelor, was reportedly recently spotted walking Ben’s dog Scotch, months after taping had concluded.

After Ryan Seacrest reported the dog-walking news, execs would not comment about the details. Earlier online spoilers from Reality Steve have also claimed that Robertson wins the Bachelor 2012 and is engaged to Ben as well. She reportedly beats out Lindzi Cox in the finale episode.

Reportedly, Metcalfe got out of his Hollywood Hills home for the full asking price of $1,495,000. The Real Estalker says the new pad is perched in the canyon heading to the hills. The spot is reportedly as one source said “where people live who lust for a 90210 zip code but can’t afford the real Beverly Hills. “
