LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers sold a Jeff Lewis Interior Therapy house to Lauren Conrad, LALATE can exclusively reveal. Josh Altman on Million Dollar Listing and Jeff Lewis on Interior Therapy return to Bravo tonight. But LALATE can report that Lauren Conrad bought the Lewis designed home at $3.745 million, far les than the $4,250,000 originally listed.
Recently, three reality shows converged into one real estate deal, LALATE can report. In season one of Interior Therapy, Jeff Lewis redesigned the West Los Angeles residence while living in the garage, sort of like Audrina Patridge minus Justin Bobby.
After that show was over, John Altman (Million Dollar Listing LA) carried the listing. And LALATE can reveal that Lauren Conrad was the buyer. And without Bosworth involved in negotiation, LC bid very Lo.
Apparently LC liked Lewis’ therapy on the house. “This home exudes character and charm with an inviting and open indoor/outdoor floor plan, chef’s kitchen, romantic master bedroom and gorgeous grounds”, Altman said of the home.”Ample space for children and guests with 5 bedrooms, nursery plus maids. Expansive lawns for parties, play and room for a pool.” In the end, LC loved JL’s work and bought the home from JA.
