The shocking cover hitting newsstands this week is from US Magazine. US claims this week that “after Jef confronts her with evidence of her affair, Maynard flees their family vacation in tears”.

US Magazine claims to news that “Emily Maynard was caught cheating on fiancé Jef Holm.” The magazine asserts the scandal erupted on August 19.

US Magazine asserts that “one day after Maynard arrived at the beach house the Holm’s extended family rented in Pawleys Island — Holm was blindsided when he found …. text messages and photos to and from another man on Maynard’s cellphone, says the source.”

A source who purportedly knows of the texts told US Magazine what Emily Maynard’s alleged text messages said. “There were texts and pictures: ‘Let’s do this and that with each other’ ”.

Holm was not happy. “Jef and Emily went into a bedroom and were yelling. He said, ‘You’ve been f–king cheating on me for months!’ ” At that point, Jef’s parents allegedly tried to ease tensions. “Though Holm’s family tried to calm him, he was inconsolable and told Maynard, “ ‘Pack your s—t and get the f–k out.’” ” UPDATE: The couple tells news that they have not break up.

But while the Bachelorette 2012 winner for Emily Maynard was leaked in online spoilers months ago, the big surprise remains the future for Emily and Jef of People Water, as well as their producers. While there isn’t much mystery anymore about who Emily picks as her winner, and whether Emily Maynard and Jef Holm are still together, there is some dispute on newsstands this week about another issue. Are Jef and Emily heading, not just down the aisle to get married, but also down the TV programming block to star in their own spinoff series from the Bachelor / Bachelorette producers?

In recent months, Emily Maynard has been the subject of multiple news reports claiming that the reality star loves the attention that the franchise has brought her. While in previous seasons, winners and stars have moved on to Dancing with the Stars and the Bachelor Pad, do producers have a new plan for Emily and Jef following Sunday’s finale?

One news report this week claims so. The assertion is that producers have in development yet a fourth incarnation of the franchise, focusing on the marriage preparations between the two. The report claims that the two could appear in a series, rather than a special, along the lines of Bethenny Frankel and Kim Zolciak’s hit spinoff wedding seasons.

Reports have claimed that Emily and Jef are set to marry later this year. But will their wedding preparations and ceremony be coming to ABC? Many news reports anticipate a television program for the couple. But will Emily get an actual spinoff out of it?

RealitySteve speculates that it’s not happening. “Nothing from Emily on record, a bunch of speculation and no factual basis for any of the story, it’s pretty much just something to run the week of the finale airing. That’s all.” He adds “They needed a story to run this week for Emily and since they’ve pretty much used up every other angle, they just make up some[thing else, a] … “Newlyweds” show, a la Nick and Jessica. Not gonna happen.” The finale airs Sunday on ABC at 8 pm EST.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – The Bachelorette 2012 winner isn’t going to be revealed by Arie Luyendyk Jr. anytime before Sunday. Arie is leaving who Bachelorette Emily Maynard picks a mystery down to the finale. Luyendyk won’t even tell fellow racer Mario Andretti who wins the Bachelorette 2012 this Sunday night, the reality star told admitted to news this week.

While earlier in the season Arie suggested to news that he is the Bachelorette 2012 winner, Arie is not giving any tips to friend Mario Andretti. And Andretti apparently hasn’t seen the online spoilers, either. Those spoilers have already revealed that Sunday’s Bachelorette 2012 winner will be Jef Holm of People Water.

Producers are trying to make the finale Sunday night a surprise, even though it isn’t for many viewers beyond Andretti. Emily tells Chris Harrison this week “The fact that I still don’t know who the guy here is the one for me, makes me wonder if any guy here is for me.”  She adds “I don’t know where my heart is any more.”

Harrison tries to evoke suggestions that Emily doesn’t really know who she wants to pick Sunday. But, it’s a familiar theme for finales of the franchise. Yet, come Sunday night, Emily Maynard will know exactly which man she is going to pick (Jef), despite Harrison’s suggestions.

“It sounds like you know what you need to do,” Harrison tells Emily this week. “You feel like at this point you’re betraying both of them.”

But then, there have been those alleged false spoilers this month. One false report claims that Emily picks Arie, that Arie declines and that Emily switches and picks Jef. The culprit behind this purportedly false spoiler is In Touch. “He said, ‘I don’t think we know each other nearly enough to even be entertaining this; I don’t think we should get engaged,’ an insider told In Touch. “She was crying and begging him to reconsider,” the source said, adding that Maynard even blurted out “You’re the one I want to pick!” Reality Steve and others have claimed that none of that happens in the finale.

For now, Andretti doesn’t know who is the winner either. Arie tells the IndyStar “(Mario) always tells me he better be invited to the wedding (and) he needs to know the outcome so he can plan for a good wedding gift.” Arie added “Just wait and watch.” Despite Andretti’s curiosity, online spoilers for weeks have claimed that Emily picks Jef, that Jef and Emily get engaged, that the two are still together, and that they are planning a fall wedding.

But the big surprise has been how Jef Holm and Emily Maynard continued to earn fan support throughout the season one episode at a time.

Spoilers claim that Jef Holm is the Bachelorette 2012 winner, that Emily picks Jef in the finale, and that he proposes to Emily. Moreover, reports have claimed for months that Emily and Jef are engaged, and set to marry this fall. The fascination with the two, however, is in stark contrast to previous seasons of the franchise.

Generally, when a finale airs for the Bachelor or Bachelorette, the fan interest is usually “are Jef and Emily are still together”, did “Jef and Emily break up”, and are “Jef and Emily still engaged”. This season, however, that hasn’t been the case. While Jef doesn’t have fans across the board, most viewers have believed, and generally supported, the relationship between Jef and Emily. It’s a stark contrast to Courtney and Ben last season on the Bachelor.

After spoilers revealed that Courtney Robertson was the Bachelor 2012 winner, fans became curious with knowing if the two were still together. The fascination derived from doubt that their relationship was real or fabricated for the cameras.

If spoilers are correct, Emily Maynard will pick Jef Holm, Jef will propose and the two will later tell news that they are still together, engaged, and planning a wedding. But how will fans react this time to a finale? Don’t expect anything like the Courtney-Ben outrage last season during the Bachelor. “Courtney was a prop. They are using her so if Ben decided he did not want to pick any of the other girls he can choose Courtney and after a few months they will split up. It is a publicity stunt. She was hired to do what she did.” She wasn’t a stunt and the two are still very much in love. Reportedly, Courtney and Ben, and Jef and Emily, are all engaged. But only Jef and Emily are purportedly pursuing a wedding date.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Arie Luyendyk Jr purportedly gets passed up for the Bachelorette 2012 winner this month. Who wins the Bachelorette 2012 was first revealed in spoilers several months ago. But when Arie Luyendyk Jr joined The Bachelorette 2012, he reportedly told his friends that he had a chance to win the entire season. Part of his hopes rested in his racing background.

Tonight’s path to the Bachelorette 2012 finale didn’t begin for Emily Maynard this year. It began in 2004, when the tragic Rick Hendrick Motorsports plane crash killed 10 members of the Rick Hendrick team.

Killed during the plane crash were Rick Hendrick’s son Ricky and brother John along with 2 nieces. The plane left Concord N.C. in October 2004. Conditions were overcast and foggy. The Subway 500 at Martinsville Speedway had just been held. Among those who lost their lives were son Ricky Hendrick, John Hendrick, Kimberly and Jennifer Hendrick, Joe Jackson, Jeff Turner, Randy Dorton, Scott Lathram, * Tracy and Liz Morrison.

The crash eventually became the subject of 2009 documentary called “Together” narrated by Tom Cruise. Driver Rusty Wallace (also a pilot) told press after news of the crash that the airport was among the “most dangerous [airport] approaches on the circuit.”

But not everyone is excited about Roberto becoming the next Bachelor. An insider tells US Magazine that former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky does not want him to take the role. “Roberto has never shared his side of the breakup, and Ali is terrified about what he would say on the show and how she would come off”.
