BREAKING! Britney Spears’ attempt to regain custody of her children has been ended. Spears has given up her fight to regain custody of kids Sean Preston and Jayden James to Kevin Federline, giving Federline full custody of her kids.
After a two year fight over custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney Spears gave up the legal fight last night signing a settlement with Federline. Reports Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, “At about 8 p.m. PT, a final settlement in the Kevin Federline-Britney Spears custody case was signed. All parties have agreed to the following: Kevin will retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time. The agreement will be presented to the court in the morning for approval by the commissioner …Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving.”
The news comes as a shock to many after Spears had been attempting to turn her life around after loosing custody of her children in October. In January, Spears’ legal fight took a nose dive as she was sadly hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation. But since then, improvements of Spears appeared to be substantial.
Spears currently has visitation two days a week, one overnight day, and is said to be house hunting in the Valley of Los Angeles closer to Federline.
