Remember when Jason got out of the limo first, got on his knee and started proposing to DeAnna. Jason explains that when you watch it on TV it makes it seem like he was only down on that knee for a second before she stops him and says she can’t do this.

Not so, says Jason.

He says he is “devistated” because he was down on that knee for sometime talking and trying to win her heart. Only in the end for her to throw it away.

“The show made it look like I got down on my knee and she brought me right back up. I talked to her for a while down there,” explains Jason in a new conference call to press. “It was a lot longer of a process. I felt disrespected. That is something I would never do to anybody. I wish they showed more of that moment.”

Jason says all three of them will remain friends. And even more a surprise, he says he hasn’t been offered The Bachelor role but would consider it.

Do you think he should do it? LALATE doesn’t think so.

Jason provided to tv viewers an image of stability and a son that apparently also adored DeAnna. Jesse instead was an entirely different person.

In fact, DeAnna had said prior to tonight’s broadcast that she was a different person with each guy. But does that comment by DeAnnna bother you? It certainly bothers LALATE. When you find true love, you are suppose to find someone who makes you better as a person. So why would you describe yourself becoming different with two different men?

In the end, DeAnna chose the man who made her “different” in the way she most enjoyed. Some think Jason is now the luckiest guy in the world. And if based upon the fan reaction behind Jason tonight, ABC would be making a huge mistake if they didn’t offer him The Bachelor, that is, if he wants to go through this again.

If you could say anything to Jason right now after watching tonight’s show, what would you say?

At the beginning of tonight’s show, Jason and Jesse both admitted they were ready to propose.

Jesse was nervous meeting Pappas’ parents. Dad Greg seems to think that Jason is more in love with her than Jesse. Do you think dad really wanted Jason?

After more twist and turns, the show head to the Bahamas.

And there is that moment. When Jason gets down on one knee, Pappas says those words “I can’t”.

Wow.

Pappas reveals that a televised wedding is possible. “We haven’t put a lot of thought into it, but we both know we have a lot of fans behind us. There’s a lot of people that have followed me since my season with Brad, and I know that there’s a lot of followers and supporters that would like to see that happy ending”.

What do you think about tonight?

“Now this is a happy ending, and it’s a good surprise. … When you see the final episode it’s so good — you’re going to laugh and you’re going to cry. It’s just a beautiful episode.”

Pappas’ winner will be revealed Monday, either Jason Mesnick, a 31-year-old account executive from Kirkland, WA, or Jesse Csincsak, a 25-year-old professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, CO.

Ironically, Pappas reportedly says the decision left both men content.

“They have been friends through the entire show and they will be friends for life. They totally handled it like mature adults. Obviously it’s awkward. We’re in a three-way love triangle. Both of these guys are falling for me and I’m falling for them. It’s strange. I’m sitting in my house in between both of them. Just wait until you see.”

Pappas also says she intends to keep her home in Atlanta. Keeping the man a secret for three months has been quite a task for Pappas.

“I get to speak to him everyday, whenever I want. We talk to each other a lot. We get to see each other quite a bit, but nobody’s allowed to see us. We definitely haven’t been to dinner yet.”

And about the wedding? “It’s going to be big. I have a huge family, there’s no way I could cut down my list.”

 Following Monday’s finale will be the first time Pappas and her future husband will appear publically.
