LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Alex Torres and Hope Howell say their skydiving video has attracted Howard Stern’s interest. Alex Torres and Hope Howell (photos below), in recording their skydiving video, were hoping to land a Howard Stern appearance. In a new interview with news Friday, Hope Howell says that her goal in skydiving with Torres has been fulfilled.
Hope Howell would not detail to news if Howard Stern has booked her and Alex Torres for an upcoming broadcast. But Howell tells 23ABC that the three parties are in negotiations. Hope Howell also tells news today that several previous news reports about the skydiving jump were false.
First was Hope Howell only a receptionist at the skydiving class when she and Alex Torres made the jump? No, says Howell. She like Torres is a “film” star with more than a dozen films to her credit. Hope Howell did not indicate to news if she goes by another name in her films. But as previously detailed here, Torres goes by the credit “Voodoo” in his adult films.
Second, did Alex Torres and Hope Howell record the skydiving video with no employer knowledge? Last week, company owner David Chrouch told news he wasn’t at work when the video was recorded and claimed it was recorded in the early morning hours without his knowledge. Not so says Howell. She said “our boss was there”, allegedly helped them plan the jump and allegedly “approved” “everything”.
Finally, news reports Friday said that Howell’s employment status with the skydiving company was in question. She says that’s not true either claiming she was fired promptly. She is upset that she is fired. But she tells news that she is proud that she did the video and is anxious to do something “bigger” for her career in the future.
So why Alex Torres and Hope Howell do the jump in the first place? They claim it was draw attention to their “films” and to generate enough publicity to get a booking on the Howard Stern show. While Stern has yet to confirm that booking, it seems likely that Stern could be the next jump for Torres and Howell.
