Speidi have “split” as a business team. Speidi have broken up commercially. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have ended “Speidi” for employment projects with Montag telling press that “Speidi” has ended.

Montag tells (her go to press publication) PEOPLE that “We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi” for employment.

LALATE readers will remember (or perhaps have tried to forget) that shortly after the Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt wedding Montag said that she would only be known as Heidi Pratt. She shortly dropped Heidi Pratt and returned to Heidi Montag.

Now today, named changed Diddy Heidi tells PEOPLE that Pratt and her will no longer be working together.

“The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi.”

Heidi Montag’s album bombs. Heidi Montag’s album has bombed.

Here are the Montag mess numbers. To date, Montag’s album has sold 658 copies total, that’s 648 albums more than her number of plastic surgeries.

Montag appears on the front cover of PEOPLE magazine this week and in an exclusive GMA ABC interview to discuss how she had 10 plastic surgeries in 24 hours.

But that look-at-me publicity didn’t move album sales, producing less than 1000 sold to dates. The source of that report? US Magazine, for which Montag and Spencer Pratt would grace consecutive covers repeatedly in 2009.

Why that didn’t coordinate well is not apparently clear. In mid year 2009, LALATE first detailed Heidi Montag’s upcoming Playboy spread that was anticipated to be released at the same time as her album gets pushed. How that didn’t pan out remains unclear today as Montag-Pratt’s album finally drops months after the buzz for the Playboy spread had settled down.

Additionally, what’s coming into question today is Pratt’s statements about her spread, then, and her statements about her body, today. When the magazine spread hit, people questioned why Montag-Pratt appeared clothed. She at the time justified as that to come potentially in the future when she has more work done.

But today, Montag appears on the cover of PEOPLE, admitting to have already being obsessed with plastic surgery, claiming to have had 10 procedures in 1 day along. So if that’s the case, why did Montag appear clothed for the Bunny.

Pratt to PEOPLE: “For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done. I’m beyond obsessed.”

Montag talks about the 2007 plastic surgery today to press (as though no one realized she had work done in the last 2 years).

Montag says she wants more plastic surgery, and more .. enhancement.

“I plan to get a few more upgrades … I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups. I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer].”

It was months ago that LALATE first broke the chatter of Heidi Montag Partt to appear in Playboy. And before that, on the Aubrey O’Day spread, LALATE got you the first (clothed) exclusives pics.

Heidi Montag appears on the September 2009 issue. Of note, the name “Pratt” appears nowhere in the copy. Montag had released her first music video after her marriage to that guy under the name of Heidi Pratt. But the cover flats the  “Pratt” out of the copy.

Montag comes to Playboy readers covered in dirt. Ironic? “The Hills are Alive. Heidi Montag” says the cover.  But are they? In fact, in recent seasons, the Hills ratings have been down. Expect to see the first glimpses of INSIDE Pratt’s Playboy spread in the coming days.
