Heidi Fleiss was set to appear in “Celebrity Rehab” on VH-1 but isn’t. Now she should reconsider. Heidi Fleiss has just been slapped with felony drug use and possession charges for that February stop in Nevada.

The Nevada Nye County district attorney filed Thursday the complaint against the former Hollywood Madam claiming she was using methamphetamine and hydrocodone without a prescription. Fleiss has admitted to the press previously a substance problem. She was reported to join the cast of Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab. Chatter says she backed out at the last second.

Hard to believe, but perhaps yes. Singer Aaron Carter will join the cast of Dr Drew’s tv show “Celebrity Rehab” that appears on VH-1 claims online sites this week.Carter had an arrest earlier this year on alleged marijuana possession.

Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss was arrested and charged with possession of prescription drugs and driving under the influence early this morning in Las Vegas.

It happened at 9 am in Pahrump.

“Reached by phone, Fleiss told Reuters she was stopped in a parking lot when an officer approached her. She had taken Owen, a plumber, to a hardware store, she said. Fleiss admitted carrying the pain killer Vicodin, but said she has a prescription, only it was not with her. Fleiss said she must appear in court and show the prescription. “I’m squeaky clean this time,” Fleiss said. ” Source
