West Hollywood Halloween Parade Carnaval 2012 Honors Actor Donovan Leitch Jr.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The West Hollywood Halloween Parade Carnaval 2012 will honor Donovan Leitch Jr. tonight, officials tell news. Road closures, parking arrangements, and start times are already in place. But officials are indicating to news that tonight’s annual tradition could break attendance records.
Donovan Leitch Jr. will serve as the Carnival’s honorary mayor tonight. He appeared in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”. And while it remains uncertain if they will appear along the boulevard tonight, a series of TV reality stars were spotted in West Hollywood this week shopping for last second Halloween costumes. Among them were NeNe Leakes & Doug Hutchison. Leakes was reportedly spotted buying grapes while Hutchinson was accompanied by Couples Therapy co-star and wife, Courtney Stodden.
Officials are warning, as usual, of massive traffic jams and street closures. While the parade has a start time of 6 pm and runs to 11 pm, officials suggest residents to get there earlier.
Street closures are currently in place, officials tell news. The most notable of course is Santa Monica between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard, already now closed. San Vicente Boulevard between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica is shut down, officials tell news. .
