LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The West Hollywood Halloween Parade Carnaval 2012 will honor Donovan Leitch Jr. tonight, officials tell news. Road closures, parking arrangements, and start times are already in place. But officials are indicating to news that tonight’s annual tradition could break attendance records.

Donovan Leitch Jr. will serve as the Carnival’s honorary mayor tonight. He appeared in “Hedwig and the Angry Inch”. And while it remains uncertain if they will appear along the boulevard tonight, a series of TV reality stars were spotted in West Hollywood this week shopping for last second Halloween costumes. Among them were NeNe Leakes & Doug Hutchison. Leakes was reportedly spotted buying grapes while Hutchinson was accompanied by Couples Therapy co-star and wife, Courtney Stodden.

ST LOUIS (LALATE) – A girl mistaken for a skunk was shot by a resident of Beaver County over the weekend. The girl was mistaken after she dressed in a skunk costume for pre Halloween celebrations. The 9 year old step outside OF the party shortly after 8:30 pm Saturday. Suddenly a gunman believed the girl was a real skunk  and began firing at her. Officials confirm that the shooter is one of the girl’s relatives, and is a resident of Beaver County.

The girl’s condition remains unknown. New Sewickley Police Chief Ronald Leindecker tells news that the girl remained hospitalized over the weekend at UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was airlifted after the shooting.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Riverside LMFAO Halloween House (address and directions below) headlined national news last night. Today, the Riverside, California address of Kevin Judd, 39, has become the “Party Rock Anthem” house of the Halloween season. Judd has made news before with his Michael Jackson and Christmas house displays. But after this week’s national news coverage on ABC News, the Hollywood Reporter, and elsewhere, Kevin Judd has suddenly become the most celebrate Halloween destination of the Southland.

Kevin Judd lives in Riverside County in a charming tree lined street. Now his address and maps to his home are more coveted that a trip to the candy store for Halloween. Southern California residents are reportedly packing up this children for nightly trips to the residence. And the music industry tells news they are taking notes as well.

The phenomenon began after Judd took the LMFAO hit song “Party Rock Anthem” and constructed a Halloween house display with lights set to the song’s music. The display was recorded and then uploaded to YouTube. With close to two million views, the YouTube video caught the attention of national news.

Soon Judd got calls from international news. He tells the HR that he’s even been contacted by news reporters in Australia and Europe. He reportedly is working on inking a deal for a live broadcast for next week’s Halloween.

How does Judd do it? He tells the HR that it’s the work of a software program called Light O-Rama. And surprisingly, he has zero background with lighting. He calls it a “hobby”. But he is a technician with Verizon. Judd adds his kids love the song, but the idea for the track was all his wife’s suggestion.

He adds that “Most all lights have been changed from incandescent to RGB LED so power consumption is a lot less than previous years. … All lights, faces and props are custom made (DIY) by me except for the roof line which are CCRs.”

Reaction on YouTube has been jaw dropping. The few negative remarks are by the people who live too far away to see it live. And one viewer notes “I wondered who … would be among the 334 people that disliked this video. and then I thought about the neighbors.” One fan called it the “Playboy Mansion at Halloween on steroids.” Click HERE for the video.

LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – The Chipotle Boorito returns tonight, but don’t expect a free burrito. For Chipotle Boorito 2009, consumers were offered free food. Tonight that is not the case as the popular chain changes its annual celebration.

In 2009, Chipotle’s Borrito ran as follows “Come in on Halloween dressed like a Chipotle burrito, taco, bowl or salad and we’ll complete your costume with a FREE BURRITO. Saturday, October 31, 2009 6pm- closing”. That changes tonight.

For Boorito 2010, the free offer is gone. “Come in after 6pm this Halloween dressed as a horrifying processed food product and we’ll give you a burrito, bowl, salad, or an order of tacos filled with freshly cooked, naturally raised ingredients for only $2.” Gone is the dressing up like a Burrito, and gone is the free food. “This year, we are doing things differently and putting the focus on ‘The Horrors of Processed Food.’ So dress up as the scariest, most processed food you can imagine and visit any Chipotle on Halloween night from 6 pm to close.”
