OJ Simpson’s Vegas jury has the case. The jury is about to deliver a verdict in the OJ Simpson Las Vegas armed robbery kidnapping memorabilia dealers case. The Vegas jury’s verdict comes after OJ Simpson case delivered 3 weeks of testimony.

Clark County District Attorney David Rogers said “In the State of Nevada, we are a civilized society. If property is taken from us, we don’t go into rooms with guns and demand our property. That is robbery.”

O.J.’s lawyer Yale Galanter’s closing pointed: “I will be the first to tell you, doing this on your own, going into a hotel room to get back your stolen stuff, is not bright. It’s just not bright.
But being stupid and being frustrated is not being a crook.”

Simpson’s fate is in the hand of 12 jurors that will decide more than a handful of charges stemming from an alleged raid of a Las Vegas hotel over memorabilia of the sports star.

Vanity Fair’s Dominick Dunne has been hospitalized in Las Vegas. Dominick Dunne was hospitalized while watching O.J. Simpson’s armed robbery case.

Dunne tells press he will be fine. Dunne says he will be discharged today and will watch O.J. Simpson from his hotel room. Dunne was rushed out of O.J.’s trial by paramedics on a gurney.

Dunne has been covering O.J. Simpson since the 190s.

Bruce Fromong testified during OJ Simpson’s trial today. Bruce Fomong gave prosecution testimony against OJ Simpson for kidnapping and armed robbery in Las Vegas.

But was Fromong’s testimony even good for the prosecution?

During opening statements, the prosecution claimed that Simpson planned a meetup with Fromong to get memorabilia items back that Simpson believed belonged to him. That meetup would be in Nevada.

Why Nevada? Prosecutors claimed that the wrongful death suit’s order for Goldman and Brown did not entitle recovery of Simpson assets in Nevada.

But under cross examination from Simpson’s attorney, Fromong admitted that Simpson (1) did not have a gun in the room and (2) never touched nor menaced Fromong physically. Simpson’s robbery charge is armed robbery.

Bruce Fromong said someone in the room shouted, “Put the gun down”. Fromong said he doesn’t know who said that and testified it was not Simpson who said it.

The National Enquirer is reporting that the injuries to Christie Prody are from an assault, not from a fall. Prody is the girlfriend of OJ Simpson.

The mag goes on to report that her injuries are so severe she may face brain surgery. So sad.

The Enquirer reports a neurologist “at the hospital where Christie Prody is being treated has told police her injuries are consistent with an assault, not a fall. O.J. Simpson’s long-time girlfriend has severe injuries that are consistent with an assault, rather than simply a fall” claims the National Enquirer.
